Amels Announce The Delivery Of The Superyacht M&EM

This Amels Limited Edition 242-foot yacht boasts a Tim Heywood exterior design and Winch Design interiors. With a Gross Tonnage of 1,790, she accommodates twelve guests in six cabins with nineteen crew members. She includes the latest Amels 242 features, from the premium Owner’s Deck to the aft deck swimming pool. M&EM makes a statement with her unique blue paint job and stands out from other Amels Limited Editions yachts.

The Amels 242 is a superyacht with a length of 74 meters, offering luxurious amenities and sophistication. The design features interior styling from Winch Design, exterior styling from Tim Heywood, and naval architecture by Damen Yachting. Fully equipped to host 12 guests and 19 crew plus the captain, this vessel is scheduled for delivery in 2022 and will have a total gross tonnage of 1,790 GT.

74m Amels 242 M&EM Delivered to Owner

Leading Dutch shipyard Amels has announced that the 74m superyacht ‘M&EM’ from the successful Amels 242 series has been delivered to her new owner.

Stemming from the popular Amels 242 design, this brand-new 74m delivery marks yet another triumph for the Amels Limited Editions, as the seventh yacht from the bespoke 242 series. 

Featuring an unmistakable exterior design from yachting design legend Tim Heywood, M&EM, previously known as Amels 24207, is a stunning addition to the Amels fleet. Adorned with a unique glossy blue hull, white superstructure and sweeping large glass windows, the new 74m is a truly stand-out vessel, first revealed to the world at her launch earlier this year. 

Damen Yachting completed the naval architecture for M&EM, and, like all Amels Limited Editions, has ensured that the new yacht has been designed to deliver ‘ocean-going performance’, alongside an, ‘excellent onboard experience’. M&EM features several of the latest Amels innovations and exceptional features including a dedicated owners deck with a forward-facing stateroom providing incredible views during cruising. A large swimming pool at the aft deck, a foredeck jacuzzi and an increased capacity helicopter deck are also fitted onboard. M&EM is also equipped with the latest IMO Tier III clean emissions power and propulsion package. 

Inside, M&EM boasts custom interiors by renowned British interior design studio Winch Design ; completing the impressive design team. The owner was represented throughout the build process by Imperial. 

A gross tonnage of 1,790, allows this Amels 242 to accommodate 12 guests in six luxurious cabins, alongside 19 crew plus Captain.

Amels delivers new M&EM superyacht

Amels has announced the delivery of the new M&EM, a 74-metre (242-foot) Amels Limited Editions superyacht that stems from the successful Amels 242 design.

The yacht’s exterior carries the signature design of Tim Heywood , whilst her custom interiors have been created by Winch Design .

The M&EM includes the latest Amels 242 standout features, such as a dedicated owner’s deck with spectacular views from the forward-facing stateroom and a large aft deck swimming pool.

With a gross tonnage of 1,790, this Amels 242 accommodates 12 guests in six cabins, and 19 crew members.

Superyacht M&EM (ex. Amels 24207) is a limited edition luxury yacht by Dutch shipyard Amels, and featuring exterior design by Tim Heywood. She is the 7th hull in the shipyard’s custom 242 series, and was first announced in 2020 with a delivery date of 2022. She sleeps 12 guests across 6 generously proportioned cabins, and her dedicated crew of 19 will look after your every need. Listing – Synthesis (by me)

NOTABLE FEATURES OF M&EM: ~On deck hot tubs ~Dedicated Owner’s deck ~Owner’s suite with private deck and hot tub ~Full beam wellness centre with jacuzzi, sauna and gym ~Ensuite cabins

This spectacular super yacht features a raft of outdoor spaces to enjoy time with friends and family. On the main deck, the space is filled with a variety of couches, sun loungers and convenient coffee tables, making this the ideal spot to relax in the sun.

If salt water is more your thing, simply head down to the swimming platform below via either port or starboard stairwells to gain easy access to the sea and water toys.

Above on the middle deck is the main outdoors dining area. This space is sheltered by the deck overhand above, providing guests with a comfortable place for al fresco dining.

The spacious upper deck above features a hot tub, with a variety of couches, loungers and tables. This area’s elevated position provides incredible views of the surrounding area.

Amidships on the main deck is an incredible 75 square-metre wellness centre. The centre can be configured to include a variety of wellness and relaxation options, including jacuzzi, hammam, sauna with outside window, gym, massage or beauty, shower and day head, inboard wet space, with a sofa and juice bar.

As well as the wellness centre, the main deck also features beautiful living and dining areas, with glass windbreakers ensuring uninterrupted ocean views.

M&EM Specifications

Above the main deck is the fabulous Owner’s Deck. This dedicated deck holds the Owner’s suite forward, an amidships office and lounge area, which flows through to the aft deck outdoors dining space.

She can reach a top speed of 16.5 knots, and has a nautical range of 5,000 miles at 12.5 knots.

Yacht Accommodation

The accommodation is for 12 guests across 6 cabins, which consist of: 1 Owner’s suite, 2 VIP cabins, and 3 double cabins which can be configured as either double or twins. The luxurious Owner’s suite resides forward of the dedicated Owner’s deck. The suite features king-sized bed, his and hers ensuites and dressing area, and tasteful décor throughout. Amidships is an office area and lounge, which connect to the aft deck and dining area. Below on the main deck are two generously sized VIP cabins, and on the lower deck are the remaining 3 cabins. An experienced crew of 19 will provide guests with a five star experience during their stay.

Pleasantly surprised, service is good so is the food. Great selection of Fusion food, a mixture of Italian, Japanese, European, Asian etc. A pleasantly nice dining experience, highly recommended, a must try!

Best food, best view in Moscow. absolutely faultless from arrival to finish. Best risotto i had for many years absolutely perfectly cooked. The view on Ukrainian hotel and the white house by night is amazing

Had to wait for the food for 1.5 hours and then another 20 minutes for the check. Finally called for the manager and he offered... a 10% discount as a compensation. Simply pathetic! The food is mediocre at best. Not bad per se, but one... would expect something better considering the prices. There are many places to eat in area that are much better. Avoid this one at all costs. Food is very expensive,very pretentious, doesn't worth that money. Portions are very small. We ordered ravioli and there were 4! Four raviolis! For almost 15 euros. Then we asked to bring us dessert menu but nothing, they didn't even bothered, so we payed and left... without dessert. Very poor service for that price. More

This is a very good restaurant. The food is really good, maybe the best in Moscow. The service is also good. The view from the restaurant is great. The prices are very high.

I often visit this restaurant and must say it’s one of the best in Moscow in terms of quality and service. Staff really try hard to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Visited this lovely restaurant with a friend of mine. It was relaxingly warm August evening - so the place on the river seemed like a good idea. We came quite early and the restaurant was not full. The hostesses kindly offered several places to sit... and we chose to sit on the sofas. We had some wine, which was good. We struggled a bit when deciding about the food as few options (scallops) were not available. Fish on ice on display did not look very fresh. To be honest it was an unusually hot August and it is probably understandable that some see food options were not available. However, we did manage to order something and sat waiting and looking onto the river. My long-legged friend struggled sitting at the low sofa and the manager noticed that, offering as a very good, proper table beside the open window. It was nice touch and I was very pleased by their polite observations and immediate reaction to solve the problem. Food was quite good and presentation was perfect. Perhaps I can something about the food, but 1 visit is not enough to criticize or make a definitive opinion. Overall, quality place, which of course, does not come cheap. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. More

Senior guards L.J. Cryer and Damian Dunn each scored 17 points, while Big 12 Player of the Year Jamal Shead added 11 points and nine assists. The Cougars were able to rest their starters down the stretch, leaving them as the fresher team for Sunday's contest. Junior guard Wade Taylor IV lit up Houston's defense, finishing with 34 points and four assists.

Taylor, who averages 19.0 points, 4.1 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game, had 25 points and five dimes against Nebraska on Friday. The Aggies also have veteran guard Tyrece Radford , who posted a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds in the win over the Cornhuskers.
