Gulet Alba is a luxury cruising yacht available for private charters and ultimate sailing holidays in Croatia. Alba accommodates up to 10 guests on board in one beautiful master cabin, one VIP cabin, two double bed cabins and one twin cabin. All cabins are equipped with satellite TV, CD / DVD player, air conditioning and en suite bathroom, providing plenty of privacy to the guests. The interior style of Alba displays a balanced compromise of traditional and modern influences, reflected in the use of natural materials such as dark wood and creamy upholstery, conveying the sense of subtle yet timeless elegance. Alba’s exterior space is just as lovely, there is an aft deck with a dining table, a lounge area with cushions on the bow deck and a fly bridge area with sun pads, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. In addition to relaxing, the guests can also entertain themselves with a range of water toys aboard such as water ski, kayak, tender, outboard engine, SUP and waverunner (available only to those with a license). During your cruise you will be accompanied by 3-4 crew members, a captain, a sailor, a hostess and a chef, who will make your vacation as pleasant as possible and give you the possibility to relish some of Croatia’s most exquisite culinary delicacies. Gulet Alba is available from the port of Split but the guests can arrange their itinerary with the captain according to their preferences. With such a variety of guest accommodations, outdoor areas and water toys, gulet Alba is an excellent choice for both family cruises and private charters with a group of friends.

• To drive a Jet Ski in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the Wave Runner. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a Wave Runner if one does not have a licence with him/her.

Luka has been around the sea since childhood, and his passion for engineering has been a long-standing part of his life.

He started exploring the workings of engines at his father’s repair station, working on all kinds of vehicles and machinery. Choosing his lifetime profession was clear to Luka, but he felt he needed to graduate from two high schools.

After completing his studies at a Technical High School, he also graduated from Nautical High School. Even during his school years, Luka gained extensive experience in general and boat engineering. Currently, in his sixth season with the yacht Alba, Luka knows the vessel inside out. He started as an engineer performing regular maintenance during the winter and later worked as a deckhand during the charter season.

In 2018, Luka was offered the role of captain on Alba. He embraced the opportunity and has since explored this new aspect of his life. Luka is an adventurous spirit and loves activities like biking, mountain biking, motorbiking, basketball, and tennis. He seizes every opportunity to play. Luka is a hard worker and team player, with an unobtrusive yet genuinely pleasant personality.

He leads the Alba team well. Fluent in English and enthusiastic about his job, Luka will do everything possible to provide Alba’s clients with an enjoyable charter holiday.

Damir Serbo

Damir is an energetic and experienced individual who has spent his entire life working on the sea. After completing his degree in Maritime Engineering, he joined the crew of Gulet Alba for his third season as a deck hand.

His responsibilities include handling ropes and mooring lines, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the vessel’s exterior, and assisting with navigation and steering. Damir is a dedicated worker who takes pride in his work, always willing to lend a helping hand and go the extra mile to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for guests aboard Gulet Alba.

He actively seeks ways to improve his skills and knowledge of the industry, remaining open to new techniques and approaches. Among Damir’s most notable qualities is his positive attitude and friendly demeanor. He has a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, and his upbeat personality is contagious. As a team player, Damir works well with others and always goes above and beyond to ensure the success of each voyage.

Overall, his experience, skills, and positive attitude make him an excellent addition to the crew of Gulet Alba, and a valuable member of the vessel’s team.

Captain Luka was very professional and helpful, his brother Damir and the chef were excellent too. I think the Steward, Ivor was a bit out of his depth as he was really a deck hand that had stood in for a Stewardess from what we learned, and whilst he tried hard, my only recommendation would be that an experienced stewardess would have added polish to the whole drinking and dining experience.

Base harbour: The home port of a yacht might change, depending on the booked itineraries the weeks before and after the date you have selected. When we answer your enquiry, we will confirm the actual base. Included in the price: The gulet - Gas-oil for 4 hours per day, if not different stated. - The crew - Tariffs and taxes in home port. - Transitlog - Bed sheets and towels. - Use of Air conditioning for 12 hours per day (if existing). - Insurance. Description

White hull and interior design give her a modern and attractive look. Meet Alba - comfortable 5 cabins gulet accommodating up to 10 passengers. The Master cabin with two wooden pillars and a spacious bathroom look powerful. Apart from the master, there is one VIP, two double and one twin cabin. A hard top covered aft deck is a place to enjoy carefully prepared food, and just above that is a flybridge with sunbathing area. The front deck is very spacious and covered with sunbathing chairs. Alba simply has all the ingredients for the perfect gulet cruise recipe.

DRINKS/BEVERAGES OPTIONS:

• Drinks/beverages taken from the yacht bar and paid according to consummation.
• All inclusive domestic package-includes Croatian quality wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, coffee, tea, juices – 175 Eur per person per week
• All inclusive domestic non alcoholic package – 105 Eur per person per week
• If all inclusive option is taken, please note it includes quality wines from standard boat bar offer, specially ordered wines are extra cost; foreign alcoholic drinks (like vodka, whiskey, wines, gin, champagnes etc.) are extra cost, if consumed.
• Drinks and beverages completely supplied by guests – corkage fee: 600 Eur per week.

Port fees are to be paid on spot in each port (in cash), according to actual costs in ports. The total cost per week depends on the selected itinerary/ports of call. It is not obligatory for the gulet to be in the port each night, the gulet can also be anchored, which lowers the mooring fees.

This 29.87 m long gulet was built in 1994 , and renovated in 2022 . She is docked in Marina Spinut, Croatia.

Alba can accommodate 10 guests in 5 cabins. A shower and 5 toilets are available on board.

In hot weather, guests will benefit from air conditioning and a generator .

Sailing is great fun on this gulet as kayak and stand up paddle are included in the price.

Besides the outdoor dining area, sun pads are also prepared on the deck.
