Well maintained and clean Catamaran's Punta Cana - Bavaro is not the ideal location for sailing, all the Catamaran companies operate inside the reef and at least 50% of the tour is under motor, for that reason two of the last catamarans we have built are motorized catamarans, perfect for the coast of Punta Cana - Bavaro and special designed for the area with the newest to our fleet just build in December 2017. Real Semi-Private Our tours are real semi-private, with our 60 feet Forever Teresa Catamaran on which we don't put more than 25 people on board, 42 feet Santa Maria with no more than 18 people and our 39 feet Maite Sailing Catamaran with maximum 15 people.

Snorkeling Stop Our snorkeling area is a Coral Nursery where "The Ecological Bavaro Reefs" foundation has a conservation program that has been working on restoring its natural Habitat. The planting and building of these artificial reefs to actively progress marine life began 3 years ago. The Ministry of Environment has rated our project one of the 3 biggest coral gardening projects in the Dominican Republic. Our team will gladly explain the process to you during this stop.

GREAT TIME HAD BY ALL! We were a group of 10 friends looking for something fun to do on Valentine's Day while spending a week in Punta Cana. We picked this tour based on Trip Advisor reviews and they are all spot on! The crew was so much fun and attentive. Fernando was great to communicate with and replied to our emails promptly. Our pick up was 20mn late, but no big deal and they apologized for that. The water and beach is beautiful! The rum punch fantastic! These guys work hard to make sure you have fun. A must do! Book it!

My husband and I got married in Punta Cana at the end of January. We wanted to book a catamaran tour for all 23 of our guests and after searching, it was easy to choose this one. Fernando replied to my emails very quickly all the time. And all of the reviews that you read are true! All of the staff worked very hard to make sure that everyone on that boat had an amazing time. Within 2 hours they remembered all of our names! They gave us an amazing lunch of mahi mahi and lobster (2 lbs each!). The music was really fun, the private beach was awesome, snorkelling so fun, and the natural pools were amazing! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who likes to have fun! I have never written a review before good or bad, but i couldn't not write one about these guys because it was truly the most amazing day, a highlight of our trip, and a day that we will all remember forever! My fiancé and I booked the Catamaran Santa Maria excursion as a treat for our wedding party that joined us in Punta Cana. From the moment I contacted Fernando for a quote for the tour he was always prompt with replies and answered all of my questions with perfect details. We looked at several tour operators and decided that booking with Fernando was the best option. And we were right! Our hotel pickup was right on time (a little bit early) and provided air conditioned transfer to the shore. From the moment we stepped on the boat our family and friends were greeted with exceptional hospitality. The crew; Ramon (cruise director), Catalino (captain), David Marley (DJ), Scooby (chef) and I'm missing one more name (and feel bad! He took great photos!) they all were fantastic and took care of everyone's needs! The boat is in great shape. Has all the comforts you could expect. The snorkelling is fantastic. All sorts of fish to see. Our family had a blast in the water. The coco loco stop was great. Ramon provides a wealth of information on the Dominican Republic and it's history. The fresh coconut and rum is refreshing. The stop in the natural pool was a highlight for many of out guests. The water is warm and calm. The drinks are brought out tray after tray! Finally; the food! Fresh Caribbean lobster, lagostina and conch. Chicken and sausage for those that don't eat seafood. The food was prepared right on the boat and was such a treat! I can't say enough good things about this tour. Fernando is a true professional and the team he has put together works so hard to please their guests. If you are considering this tour my fiancé and I give it two thumbs up!!

There is no downside! We booked after arriving in Punta Cana based on trip advisor reviews. Fernando was extremely efficient in email communication with us and even offered birthday cake. We were picked up at our resort on time and taken to the beautiful santa maria. We were a group of 12 friends. The crew treated us as if there was nobody else in the world they were happier to see. The drinks were plentiful and the sea food the best anywhere..cooked on the boat as we swam. We enjoyed the snorkeling, coco locos, as well as music and dancing as we cruised. By far, best money spent on Punta Cana excursions!

Thank you to Fernando, Davey, and the Captain for a very enjoyable and relaxing private Catamaran Teresa tour. The entire process was easy to reserve even a few days before our trip (paid the down payment through Paypal online and called Fernando for a pick-up time from resort). From then, the rest of the trip was taken care of. We had eight adults in our group and were picked up at the Excellence Resort. After a 20-25 min. ride to the boat, we then boarded, relaxed on the deck listening to island music, and were served Presidente beer, rum & cokes, and rum punch, while eating chips, fruit, and mini croissant sandwiches. The Captain took us along the beautiful coast in calm water (thankful for that, since it didn't affect the few people we had that are sensitive to motion sickness), while Davey explained the surroundings along the way. We stopped and snorkeled a while, seeing many beautiful fish, boarded the boat and headed to a portion of beach to have coco-loco drinks from a coconut. Davey even entertained us by making an impressive climb to the top of a palm tree. Our next stop was to a shallow pool where we hung out in 3 feet of water, visited, played games and threw a ball around, which we had taken with us. It got other boats/tourists involved with a little throwing and catching, which went over well in a country that loves baseball. The entire tour was fun and very relaxing with a very friendly staff. The trip on the water was four hours and the transfer took maybe an hour round trip, to and from our resort. Took some good pictures and brought back great memories with friends and new friends that day! Thank you Catamaran Teresa Private Tours Staff from the group from Nebraska!

Rented the private catamaran (for 6 hours) with my friends for my 25th and it was truly the best birthday I’ve ever had! Not only the views of the amazing Dominican waters but the team we had made the experience truly unforgettable. CJ was our head vibe controller and him and his team went above expectations, they helped my friend put up the decorations she brought for the boat, I never had to ask for a drink and he always kept us updated with the itinerary and the whole team brought an amazing vibe and made my birthday the best one yet!

Probably one of the best experiences we have ever had as a family. We have done mutiple boat trips excursion from Hawaii to Mexico to Turkey etc. This was hands down the best. Booking FAQs

Our booking tool is an easy form, based on a couple of steps:

•  Select the preferred trip and date,
•  Provide us with contact details and
•  Finalize your booking by making a small deposit

Prices are all inclusive. With that being said, we do add a 5% administration fee towards all bookings.

Furthermore the bar will be free and open on the boat. Snorkling equipment will be provided as well.

Tipping our crew after your special day is not mandatory, but obviously they will be extra thankful.

It’s your holiday! Of course plans change and you want to be able to enjoy your days stress free. If you cancel or change your plans up to 48 hours prior to the pick-up time of the activity, we will refund you in full. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance won’t be refundable.

Our booking system is fully secured and uses top-notch payment processing. That way all your payments through this website will be secure.

We provide boat trips for all ages. Obviously there’s no drinking allowed under the age of 18.

Unforeseen circumstances might result in delayed or canceled trips. In which case we will contact you to reschedule or find another solution.

We contacted Fernando @ Catamaran Tours about sailing on the Teresa. Fernando called us right back and we made arrangements on Sunday 03/03/2013. He picked us up at our resort right on time. We had lobsters at the boat dock that was the best in Punta Cana. We went sailing on the Teresa with Eduardo and Jose. These guys were great. They provided drinks and snacks on our 4 hour trip. Jose accompanied us during our snorkeling. He fed the fish and took photos. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Eduardo drove the boat by several attractions and close to the beach. Everything was perfect. You can trust this company with your safety as well as a guaranteed fantastic time. Can't wait to go back....

Our trip was very similar to the others posted. We sailed 18 Feb 2013 with 12 persons. I wouldn't put a lot more people on if everyone wants to be outside but it was fun. Fish weren't plentiful but it was fine. We did not have "a meal" it was chips, crackers, snacks but was plenty and fun to have it floated out to us in the natural pool. Per person our trip was less expensive than the commercial, more intimate and what we wanted. The day was perfect, the crew super fun and friendly. We'd do it again!! We also have to thank the owner for rescheduling for us. We originally had booked for the 17th in the afternoon and three people were not feeling well and we asked to move it to the 18th and they were more than happy to accomodate us with a morning trip. I'd do the trip in the morning rather than afternoon. Tried to upload pictures but couldn't get them to attach. Go for it! It was fun.

I booked this trip online after reading the very good reviews, I was still a little worried if this was going to be good and trust that I was not going to lose my deposit. Well I'm really glad I took the chance and booked it. The owner and his two side kicks were great, he was true to his word and gave my wedding group of 12 an amazing day of snorkling, drinks, music, coconuts and fun. We all loved it, thanks for making our wedding trip extra special and creating memories for all of us.

well worth it! Drinks included, sunny day, swim with sharks & rays. Just having drinks standing in 4 ft. Caribbean was so much fun!

Starting out at 9 a.m. we traveled along the coast to a snorkeling spot. Although fish weren't plentiful it was just fun to be swimming and snorkeling. Then the bar opened for the day it we danced, had an awesome ride down a slide on a beach we stopped at, traveled a bit more, got out and swam some more, had drinks in the ocean, then back on for lunch and more dancing before we got back.
