Standard On board this Axopar 37 Cabin, you will be met with a nice selection of high-quality materials. The colors of the cushions, table and chairs complement each other very well and create a good atmosphere on board. Modern electronics have been installed, a practical and good layout and an ingenious engine installation that provides good speed and low consumption. The boat also comes with a heater and defroster so that the boat can be used all year round!

Sea characteristics This is a boat that needs to be driven to get a true impression of what it is capable of. The hull is designed in a good way that keeps the boat stable, yet easy to drive in all speed ranges. The boat is supplied with stern and bow thrusters which make docking incredibly easy, even with only one person on board.

Engine and equipment The boat is powered by two white Yamaha 300hp engines and fits the boat perfectly. These give the boat a cruising speed of around 28-30 knots at 3600 RPM, but can reach as much as 48 knots! Together with a stepped hull from Axopar, consumption is quite low for such a large boat. On board there is also an anchor winch aft and lighting, which make this a good year-round boat. The engine has only ran 150 hours!

Kimberly Mathisen

Kimberly Mathisen became CEO of HUB Ocean in January 2022, after serving as GM Norway for Microsoft. She is on the Board of Bayer and Aize and is on the Advisory Board of Nysnø and Sintef. She has served on the Boards of e.g Yara, Abelia, NHST and Kappa Bioscience. Mathisen has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Cilia Holmes Indahl

Cilia Holmes Indahl leads the foundation for EQT, a global investment company. She is also the Co-founder of Sustainability Hub Norway. Indahl holds an Economics degree with a double master's degree in International Business and Sustainable Innovation from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and HEC Paris.

Frank Ove Reite

Frank O. Reite (born 1970) first joined Aker in 1995 and held the position as CFO in Aker ASA from August 2015 until August 2019. He is now an advisor. He holds a B.A. in business administration from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo. Mr. Reite has previously held the position as President & CEO of Akastor (up until 2015), and has previously also held a variety of executive positions in the Aker group, including overseeing and developing Aker’s investments in Converto Capital Fund AS, Havfisk ASA, Norway Seafoods AS and Aker Yards ASA. Mr. Reite also has experience from banking and served as Operating Director at Paine & Partners, a New York-based private equity firm. He is also chair of Akastor ASA, Converto AS and Norron AB, and director of AMSC ASA and Solstad Offshore ASA. In addition to serving as deputy chair, Mr. Reite is the head of the Audit Committee at Aker ASA.

Anne Harris

Anne Harris has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Statkraft since 2019, and has previously held leadership roles in Norsk Hydro ASA, Entra Eiendom AS and Multiconsult ASA. She has been on the Board at the Institute for Energy Technology (IFE) (2015-2021) and COWI Holding from 2021. Harris holds an MSc from BI Norwegian Business School.

May 21, 2024 - On February 12, 2024 , Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") announced a share buy-back program of up to NOK 500 million , with a maximum of 12.5 million shares, in the period from 12 February 2024 to 31 July 2024 .

DNB, acting under an irrevocable mandate from Aker Solutions , has carried out the following transactions under the buy-back program:  

Following the completion of the transactions above, Aker Solutions owns a total of 10,248,781 own shares, corresponding to 2.082% of Aker Solutions' share capital.

An overview of all transactions made under the buy-back programme that have been carried out during the abovementioned time period is attached to this report and available at www.newsweb.no.
