I am pretty sure the only thing worth talking about with Katie is that horrid orange mess she had on her head last season. Hopefully she saw herself and realized she needed to get to a colorist. I have no idea if it was intentional or an accident, but that shade of orangey blonde was horrible!

Oh yes I do remember now in the very first episode of the series that she said she wants to own a record label someday. I haven't seen her do much of anything related to music though. You'd think she'd tag along with Scheana when she goes to the studio or something.

I think it's interesting that Katie's ambitions are more backstage. I wish they would show more of whatever her side gigs are.

It would be nice if they showed ANYONE on this show doing ANYTHING ambitious, wouldn't it?

I see Katie as being the VR verison of LC from Laguna Beach. Not in the sense that I think Katie will light the world on fire post-show, but she seems like the nice enough everyday type of girl who is not too polarizing (minus the Tequilla Katie aspect).

One weird question. Did Katie always have that scar near her mouth? I don't seem to recall it in past seasons, and for some reason it just seems so pronounced in this past season or so. And if it's new (like she hasn't had it since season 1 or before) anyone know what happened? Car accident? Botched surgery? Dog bite? Inquiring minds want to know.

Also, now on WWHL Katie looks significantly larger, and quite boobielicious, do I dare ask? Is she pregnant? OMGZZZZZ.

I was also going to ask whether she's pregnant. She totally looks pregnant on WWHL--the middle (odd cut dress), the boobs, the round face, the thicker/longer hair--she looks pregnant glowing, not just gained weight. Fliptopbox--summarizing for those who missed it--on WWHL the game was Tom had to answer questions about Katie (and motorboat an avatar of Jax if he didn't answer them correctly--and he got all of them wrong) but apparently when Katie was young she fell through a skylight and broke her jaw, ribs, and clavicle, so I assume the scar is from that accident.

Katie seems to be the most mature of all of them. I think she deserves a lot better than Tom Schwartz and I really hope that she isn't pregnant. Sadly, I thought she looked pregnant as well. I couldn't believe that Schwartz couldn't answer any of those questions about Katie correctly.

Add me to the VPRers whose first thought was that Katie is going to grace the world with a little person who is going to panick at the thought of a pan of brownies or working more than the length of a sitcom.  Her face is indeed fuller (and not just from the extensions), the cut of her dress was suspicious and she seemed to sit in the same position the entire time (maybe trying hard to conceal a bump.)   I also thought it might have been telling that one of the questions asked was what name Katie would bestow upon a female child.  (Parker?  Ick.) 

I did fill with glee over thinking how StASSi would probably be pissed that the motorboating queen's womb was rented before hers.  Hee.

Is it possible she was dumb enough to get implants? Her chest looked more inflated than the result of a push-up bra.

I hope that if Katie is, in fact, pregnant, that this wasn't done to really tie Schwartz to her.

I don't know. I'm still not buying it. Andy asked whether they're going to have kids and what their firstborn's name would be. And after both answers Andy said, "Ok. Can't wait until the reunion." Well, it's possible that he said that in response to two OTHER of their comments, but last night I had it all in my head that she's pregnant and they're going to announce it at the reunion, so I took those possibly unrelated comments as evidence.

It's possible that Katie really just gained weight. I'm a stress eater, and I gained nearly 20 pounds last year. If I didn't hear the awful, "Damn girl, you're getting big!" It was the slightly less offensive, "Are you pregnant?"

Me either. Even if Katie is a stress eater, she's managed to maintain her relatively small size for 3 seasons now, even when we knew she drank pretty often and heavily. Hence Tequila Katie. She knows she's on tv and a semi-public figure. Plus she waits tables, and anyone who's ever been in the service industry knows that's a workout on its own. Add to it those SUR girls usually wear heels or other fancy shoes that aren't those fugly non-slip Shoes For Crews monstrosities. I am not buying any "just a pushup bra" bullshit. Sorry Katie! A bra doesn't make your stomach look ambiguous in a wrap dress nor make you look overall a good 30lbs heavier. Just, no.

Wow! You're absolutely right! I caught the "are you guys ready for kids?" question, but the firstborn girl's name totally went over my head. That's a pretty strange question to ask on one of those "how well do you know your partner?" deals. To me Katie didn't look like someone who had gained weight, she looked pregnant (nothing to do with weight). She just had that look where I immediately saw her and said "Pregnant?"

ETA: Okay I read the twitter post linked above, and someone had tweeted "hmm" in response to Katie's assertion that it was just a bra and Katie replied, "No hmm about it go be a jerk somewhere else." So now I'm thinking maybe she isn't pregnant. I don't think she'd be all up in arms about it if she wasn't actually hurt by this.

I thought she looked pregnant, and if she is not pregnant, she should seriously rethink that dress. It totally looks like a maternity wrap around dress, I had quite a few for work during my years of perpetual pregnancy (5 kids in 7 years). Of course none of my wrap around dresses were shiny and red, I guess I am not that "fasion forward".

I'm still standing by the pregnancy prediction. She can act all pissy now on Twitter because of the speculation, because she's probably not supposed to be talking about it. At all, lest she incur the wrath from the powers that be at Bravo. And I can't blame her for not wanting to be bullied into announcing that kind of news over Twitter to a bunch of pushy fans. She has every right to make it public when she's ready. Which will probably be at the reunion. I say this because a pushup bra does not affect your whole body. Just not buying it.

And if she really did just gain some weight that's fine too, but like I said...she's always been significantly smaller the entire run of the show. Waitressing is a physical job, that alone is your exercise for the day. Unless she quit SUR and suddenly has this super sedentary lifestyle I am not buying that it's just some extra "love pounds" as Stassi would put it.

If she wasn't supposed to announce it yet, she could have just not responded at all and let people talk. Responding makes it look even more suspicious. If she was lying, she should have at least said she gained weight, it'd have been much more believable than a push-up bra.

I am sorry to say this, but Katie always looks like she smells bad. Just me? I know it is terrible. I've been fighting posting it for a while. Evilness won.

I can't explain why, but I totally agree with this. I think it was the orange hair she had last seasons. The dark roots always made her look like she needed a shower.

But her coworkers/costars? aren't off the hook either. I'm not about to go rewatch S1 but if I recall correctly they all mentioned not washing their uniforms for days/weeks at a time or going straight to work without showering. Luckily, or unlucky for those who have eaten at Sur, the place is filled with patchouli scented candles (that's not even a dig at Giuliana, it's 100% true) to mask the laundry day stench.

I really hope Schwartz doesn't give in to her 6 month ultimatum. I want better for Katie.

On January 16, the  Vanderpump Rules   cast member documented some memorable moments from her birthday weekend. “My friends are so cute,” she captioned an Instagram Story video showing a box of six birthday cupcakes topped with candles and sparklers. In a separate Story photo, Dayna Kathan shared a closer look at the beautifully frosted sweet treats as well as the white roses, bottle of champagne, and birthday cards given to Katie. 

Katie looked stunning while celebrating her special day. She donned a sultry black ensemble featuring an embroidered floral and bird design, sheer tights, boots, and an oversize faux leather jacket. 

As seen in Katie’s Instagram Story photos, most of her festivities took place in the living room of the apartment she moved into last year . The chic space features a black-and-white rug from  Urban Outfitters , a wood coffee table from  ModTiques , and stunning tulip lighting from  Pop Up Home . Shortly after moving in, Katie explained how excited she was to start decorating. “I’m really excited to just kind of make my own little space, my own little sanctuary,” she said in June on her Dear Media podcast,  You ’ re Gonna Love Me . “I’ve been having fun sort of planning what I want it to look like, what I want the vibes to be. I’ve, like,  bought some new furniture . I’m doing little DIY projects. It’s coming together.”

Katie Maloney  has entered a new era. And she can’t wait to share her journey with fans.

During a recent appearance on the  Off the Vine podcast  with Kaitlyn Bristowe, the Utah native addressed a wide range of Bravo-specific topics, including  where she stands with her castmate  Tom Sandoval , her friendship with Ariana Madix , and the  Winter House romance involving her ex-husband,  Tom Schwartz . Katie also shared a few teasers about the upcoming season of Vanderpump Rules , saying it would showcase a completely new side of herself.

“I’m excited for people to see me — you know, from the beginning of the show, I was with Tom,” she said when asked what she was most excited about for  Vanderpump Rules Season 11. “I was in a relationship and it was often bad and oftentimes really bad. And it was good times, as well.”

Katie said the new season will follow her as she navigates post-divorce life and will be the “first time” fans have ever seen her embracing the single life.

“Last year, I was, like, we were going through a divorce and I was very much attached to Tom,” she said about Season 10. “It was a really hard season. I was really emotional. But this season I was very single, I’m dating a lot, I’m having fun.”

Katie and Tom began dating in 2011, just two years before Vanderpump Rules ’ inaugural season. They got engaged in the summer of 2015 and tied the knot about a year later . Katie ultimately  filed for divorce in March of 2022 , citing “irreconcilable differences.” She shed more light on her decision in the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 premiere.

“After 12 years together and five years of marriage, I went to Tom last winter and asked him for a divorce,” she said in an episode interview. “We’ve had a lot of issues. I have never been a priority to him.”

Tom addressed the split in a separate interview, saying he understood why Katie threw in the towel.

“I felt like my whole world — everything I know — just dissipated in that moment,” he said. “[Katie] laid it all out, and it made perfect sense. I can’t probably give you the specifics, because I was so upset, I wasn’t really listening. But also, I don’t want to ask her again, because one of the reasons she broke up with me was because I’m not a good listener.

“Long story short, I just didn’t know how to make her happy.”

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 will premiere at 8 p.m. ET Tuesday, January 30 on Bravo and will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.

Katie Maloney Reveals Date She Separated from Tom Schwartz and What Caused Divorce in New Docs

The Vanderpump Rules star filed for divorce at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday

Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz are moving forward with their divorce .

According to the divorce petition obtained by PEOPLE, the Vanderpump Rules star, 35, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the pair's split.

The paperwork, which was filed by Maloney in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday , also listed their separation date as Feb. 12, about a month before the former couple announced their split on Instagram.

Additionally, Maloney requested no spousal support for either party and noted that they still have to determine how to split their property and assets, according to the documents.

Reps for Maloney and Schwartz did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

The Vanderpump Rules costars first announced their split on their respective Instagram accounts on March 15.

"I never thought I would have to make an announcement like this. But I feel it's important that I'm open about my life with you," Maloney wrote . "After 12 years on an adventure through life together Tom and I are ending our marriage. This ending is not met with resentment or animosity, no sides to choose. We have deep admiration for one another that will always remain and we cherish our friendship."

"Although we may be on different paths we will continue to love and support one another's happiness. Thank you for all the kind words and support," Maloney concluded her announcement, which was accompanied by a carousel of photos of the couple.

Schwartz, 39, also penned a heartfelt message on Instagram announcing their split.

"Well this sucks. How am I supposed to capture 12 years of love in a f– canned Instagram caption," he began. "I'm not quite ready to use the 'D' word bc it's too painful. Yes my heart aches but I'll be ok.

A source later told PEOPLE that the couple had been lacking "intimacy" in their relationship "for quite a while."

"They act like terrific roommates," the insider explained, adding that the reality stars are still "a part of each other's lives" despite the breakup.

However, when it came to their future, the source noted that the pair were looking for different things in their relationship, with Schwartz seeking "more flexibility with his life" and Maloney wanting "more of a traditional marriage."

Following their split announcement, the former couple spent time together and dined at an outdoor patio table at Mister O's in Studio City, California, as seen in photographs obtained by TMZ . The TomTom restaurateur shared a photograph from the meetup, which Maloney reshared on her page. There, she wrote, "It's all good," alongside the image.

Maloney and Schwartz were together for 12 years before their split. Though the pair married in 2016, they didn't file the official paperwork to be legally wed until 2019 .

Vanderpump Rules star Tom Schwartz is bringing the tea to the table.

Nearly a month after news surfaced of Tom Sandoval 's months-long affair with Raquel Leviss —which led to his split from Ariana Madix —Sandoval's BFF is revealing every detail he says he knows, including when he caught wind of their involvement.

"I learned in August, in late August about the affair—the one-night stand, allegedly," he said during the April 5 episode of Watch What Happens Live , noting that from then on "there was a lot of grey area there."

"From my point of view, it became, like, an emotional affair," he added, "which is still inappropriate."

But after host Andy Cohen reminded Schwartz that he said he learned of the affair in January during their season 10 reunion , the Schwartz & Sandy's co-owner clarified that he was under the impression it was just a one-night stand that happened last summer—and dropped a bomb.

"In January, Tom came to me and he told me that he was in love with Raquel," he added. "I was flabbergasted."

In fact, Schwartz thinks that after Sandoval's personal admission, the affair became "an open secret."

"After that, I mean, Tom kind of got flagrant, he was brazen," the 40-year-old added, noting that the confession felt like a "release for him."

As for why Schwartz didn't tell Ariana about what was going on?

"I was being fed a narrative that [Tom] has broken up with Ariana, or attempted to multiple times—many, many times," he said. "And he's not happy, they're not healthy, they're not intimate, blah blah blah."

Added Schwartz, "He did a good job of placating me. He told me he has a game plan, he's gonna do the right thing and then he just kind of continued to procrastinate."

And if you're wondering if Schwartz is upset with Raquel (considering there was talk of their own romance brewing up this season), he said his issue lies more so with his closest friend.

"I'm more upset with Sandoval because he took advantage of my kindness," he shared. "And he put a lot of people, not just myself, in very compromising situations where our integrity was at stake."

And when asked about Sandoval's feelings about Raquel now, Schwartz didn't hold back, sharing that Sandoval "became obsessed" with Raquel.

"He's addicted," he said. "It's an infatuation of all infatuations...Man, he got lost in the sauce." And as for whether Sandoval is still lost in that sauce?

As Schwartz noted, "I think he is."
