Awesome breakfast with a wide variety of selections. Friendly and professional chef and staff.

The place is really beautiful. The view was amazing. The food is very good. And I have a comfortable stay.

The room is very clean and facing the lake. Breakfast and dinner buffet are great， beyond our expection. 徐子淇 was great， she always greet and help us in ａ professional way.

Nice Amenities, Very polite staff, fast response from them when you ask for something! Try the water spa when you go there!

The swimming pool and the inlet behind the hotel are the chief attractions at this hotel. We found a very nice coffee shop nearby, and the Anping tree house is an easy 15 minute walk away.

雖然冬天沒有開放戶外游泳池，不過飯店裡也有spa池很不錯👍而且有好幾種不同的溫度跟烤箱、蒸氣室，這次住宿晚上跟早上共泡了兩次😊房間也有大浴缸很讚😎洗澡完泡浴缸很舒服😌去除了一身的疲憊！ 大廳辦理入住的接待人員態度很好、很有耐心👍退房時間快到了不會電話一直催不停很感謝🙏整個飯店很大、寬闊，接待大廳感覺很舒服又明亮🤩

房間好大，每個空間都很美，spa地方還有冷霧室，員工態度都很好。 第一次住到cp值那麼高的飯店，照片跟實體完全沒差

1.床很好睡 2客廳和房間皆有陽台 3馬桶座墊是溫的 水是溫的 很讚 但是如果有隱私隔離 這樣的話可以同時有人洗手時 有人洗澡 就更愉快了 畢竟是同住家人 也有男性女性之分別

From July 1, 2023, in response to environmental protection and in compliance with the regulations of the Environmental Protection Agency, we will not actively provide disposable amenities (toothbrush, shower cap, razor, comb, Q tips, hair bundle, slippers and bottled water, etc.) in the room. Replace with dispensers of shower gel and shampoo to reduce plastic bottle.

Please be aware that the swimming pool will undergo routine maintenance and closed from Dec 1st, 2023 until Feb 29, 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

The Venice Restaurant will undergo annual maintenance from October 16 to October 27, 2023. During this period, the breakfast will be moved to the Starlight Hall on the 10th floor, while the lunch buffet and dinner buffet will be temporarily closed. The hotel is situated near the river mouth and walking distance to the Anping old town n tower. The room have 2 double beds, beautiful views and Loccitane toiletries. The fitness centre located on the 3rd Floor have a outdoor swimming pool facing the river, heated indoor pools, steam bath, sauna and a gym with pool table. There are bicycle provided FOC, paddling boats and rock climbing at this premises. A great place to chill and relax.

The service, facilities, location, and buffet are all very good. T The one serious issue is noise which comes from the neighboring room. Most rooms in the hotel are joined together with a door in between separating the rooms. Because of this the sound from the other room will travel into your room, like everyone is in the same room. It's very bad for guests of both rooms connected because there's not much privacy if you can each hear everything that's being said and happening, not to mention terrible for getting sleep if your neighbors are up most of the night like ours were. If you're going to stay in this hotel, make sure you book a room that's not connected to another room.

Good value for money with great space and facilities”

Four-person bed, only around 4000 for Friday check-in. For less than 1000 extra, you can have a high-end breakfast. The room is spacious, clean, and has a bathtub in the bathroom. The view from the 9th floor is great. The swimming pool is great for taking pictures, and there is also a sauna and spa area. The gym only has a treadmill, and there is a ball pit for kids to play. Highly recommended.

Drinking eleven bowls of beef soup in two days”

Impressive aspects: There is a big difference in the service quality of the staff, so if you value service, you may consider choosing another hotel. The freshly made beef soup at the buffet is amazing! The shrimp and crab for dinner are very fresh! However, the rice in the sushi was terrible, it felt like I was eating Spanish paella (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`) The steamer for the steamed eggs is big but the tongs are short. My sister got burned trying to get the steamed eggs, and I had to hide the tongs in my sleeve to be able to grab them (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻. I can't comment on the desserts, but the auntie at the dessert area has a sweet and friendly smile that makes dining enjoyable (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) The breakfast was great, and I encountered a little sister who helped me with the coffee machine and solved the machine problem. Great service! (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵). Please improve the gym. The lockers are big but there are no yoga mats or foam rollers, only trash inside... There is no music and no aerobic exercise equipment (´･_･`). Lastly, special thanks to Lilian at the front desk for her professional service and for proactively handling the issue of duplicate bookings! Very professional, fast, proactive, patient, and friendly. In conclusion, the location is great, the room facilities are good, the soundproofing is good, and it's clean. It's convenient for moms to visit Anping and they can rest quietly and comfortably when they get tired. If she's happy, I'm happy.

The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made Chinese beef and fish soups, as well as Western choices like cereal, bread, and yogurt. There are also salads, fruits, and even sushi! The pool and spa are amazing, with an infinity pool and beautiful views. The staff are all very friendly and provide excellent service. This hotel is definitely worth a visit and offers great value for money!
