Welcome to the Landings Yacht Club (LYC) Website

The LYC is a boating and social club within The Landings Yacht, Golf and Tennis Club, a gated community in Fort Myers, Florida. The club was formed in 1980 and is open to all Landings residents. We strive to provide our members with fun activites both afloat and on land. The LYC (and its members) belong to the Yachting Club of America, a national assocication of yacht clubs.

About Our Club

The Gulf Harbour Yacht Club was formed in 1996 as a cruising and social club for boaters already living and/or having their boats moored in Gulf Harbour.  Located within the Gulf Harbour community, the Yacht Club is a separate entity from the Gulf Harbour Marina and the Gulf Harbour Country Club.

The Gulf Harbour Yacht Club promotes the enjoyment, knowledge, and safety of boating through organized cruises and social functions.  Boating activities include extended cruises throughout Florida and monthly lunch cruises to various waterfront restaurants in the Ft. Myers area.  On the social front, club members meet monthly for a Boaters’ Night and again for a dinner meeting.

Welcome to Marina Towers & Yacht Club

Your home in paradise, marina towers & yacht club was founded in 1972 as the first high-rise condominium association on fort myers beach, florida., so much to explore.

Between the shops & restaurants of Times Square to the beautiful waters of the Gulf, Marina Towers is perfectly situated to explore it all. Lover's Key State Park is just across the bridge with trails, kayaks, daily activities & sandy Gulf beaches.

No Dock Slips or Rentals

Marina Towers does not have available temporary boat slips for rental, nor do we have an on-site rental office for condos. Private owners may rent out their condos individually. Check condo rental sites for availability, if any.

A short trip will take you and your vessel to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.  The Gulf is known the world over for its excellent boating and fishing.

All boaters are welcome to come and dock their vessels at our premier 186 deep water slip marina.  we can accomodate boats up to 97 feet in length..

Come enjoy our state of the art marina featuring floating concrete docks, 30 and 50 amp power, potable water, and air conditioned bath houses and laundromat. Our full service fuel dock offers both diesel and 90 octane (ethanol free) gasoline.

CRUISE WITH US

The gulf harbour yacht club a separate entity from gulf harbour marina.  the yacht club is available to those who would enjoy a yacht club membership..

Boating activities include extended cruises throughout Florida and monthly lunch cruises to various waterfront restaurants in the Ft. Myers area.  On the social front, club members meet socially once a month for a dinner meeting at the Gulf Harbour Clubhouse.

From Marina events to holiday parties, The Gulf Harbour Marina Social Committee helps boaters make their stay at Gulf Harbour as fun-filled as possible.

We can accommodate boats up to 97 feet in length. If you would like to stay with us overnight, our rate is $3.00 per foot. If you wish to stay longer our monthly rate is $22.50 per foot and our annual rate is $20.50 per foot.

Located on the Caloosahatchee River in Cape Coral, the Yacht Club Community Park Beach is now open with limited amenities. The Boathouse Restaurant sits right next to the beach is also open. The pier, and Yacht Club facilities remain closed due to damage from Hurricane Ian.

Say goodbye to the old Cape Coral Yacht Club as demolition begins.

A year and a half after Ian, crews are taking down the buildings of the old Cape Coral Yacht Club. They were some of the first buildings ever in Cape Coral, constructed in the 1960s.

Cape Coral City Council decided to trade their stone and wood features for a "Key West Inspired" aesthetic. The plans include a two-story, 47,000-square-foot community center. They also feature two resort-style pools, an additional pier, and a 500-space parking garage.

The plans are getting mixed reviews from residents.

"They are destroying the Cape Coral Yacht Club," said Betty Huckle. "They're making it commercial like Cape Harbor. We live in the neighborhood, and we like it quaint."

"It's bigger and better," said Richard Griffith. "We got more people to take care of and think this is going to be a good thing for them."

A spokesperson for the city of Cape Coral said demolition should be done by the end of May. There will also be another public meeting on the design on May 7. The city said it's an opportunity for residents to get a deeper look at the plans and ask questions.

As for when the project will be complete, it's still too early to tell. The city said it's technically still in the design phase.
