Laguna Marina offers bespoke services. Installed with floating pontoons and fingers to provide easy access, Laguna Marina offers its clients assistance with berthing facilities for boats up to 15m, re-fueling, catering, valet parking, guardianage, waste collection and a concierge service.

Parts Procurement & Warranty Management

Yachthub Group has a dedicated team for parts and material procurement.

Our dedicated personnel are able to source parts and materials on behalf of our clients for competitive market prices. With the aid of timely and efficient tracking system, we then store and deliver directly to yachts, both locally and abroad.

A designated member of staff will be assigned to your case, keeping you updated on any progress. They will source quotes, issue contracts, make orders through our suppliers, and keep track of any shipments and deliveries.

Our team also oversees the time-consuming process of warranty management. Our personnel will assist you throughout the warranty periods, starting from the very first step of registration. We deliver accurate warranty reporting, carry out continuous follow-ups with both manufacturers, labourers and clients, and ensure regular updates as well as the closure of warranty claims. We manage warranties for all our subsidiaries, and we also offer this service to third parties, in order to assist them with the whole process.

Yacht Agency and Concierge Services

SUNSEEKER MALTA

Sunseeker Malta is located at Portomaso Marina and is the exclusive dealer for the Sunseeker brand in Malta. The company is a subsidiary of Yachthub Group and forms part of the Sunseeker London network that covers Europe, Turkey and Eygpt. The Company carries out Sale of new Sunseeker Yachts, Brokerage and Charters. The after sales of Sunseeker Malta is managed by the subsidiary company, Yachthub Services and Management Limited, being the specialised after sales organisation of the Group.

YACHTHUB SERVICES AND MANAGEMENT

In view of the diverse sales portfolio of Yachthub Group, a specialised after sales company was set up to service all the brands marketed by the Group. By time the company expanded in activities to service yachts, sailing and motor, that are outside the Group's sales activities. Today the Company is located at Mediterranean Maritime Hu, where it operates its own area of around 3,000sqm that comprise, offices, workshops, parts outlet, stores, a yard and the Volvo Penta Service Centre that is operated together with RLR. the Company covers most aspects of after sales inhouse through its inhouse team of skilled labourers and a very strong project management team. The company's strategy is to keep strengthening its position in Mechanical and Electrical services.

YACHTHUB SALES & BROKERAGE

Yachthub Sales and Brokerage Limited is the exclusive distributor for Cranchi brand in Malta and specialises in Bespoke Yacht Brokerage Services, mainly large yachts that include Riva, Ferretti, Princess and various other brands. The Company operates from Portomaso Marina. The after sales of Sunseeker Malta is managed by the subsidiary company, Yachthub Services and Management Limited, being the specialised after sales organisation of the Group.

Bavaria Yachts Malta

Bavaria Yachts Malta Limited was set up in late 2017 to take over the Bavaria Sailing Yachts, Bavaria Motor Yachts and Nautitech Catamarans distribution in Malta. Bavaria Yachts Malta offers an In-house one-stop-shop solution that includes, yacht management, charter management, crew placement and most importantly, after-sales support. The after-sales facility is located at Mediterranean Maritime Hub where a dedicated team that manage parts, warranty and service are readily available to make sure that Bavaria and Nautitech owners enjoy a hassle-free boating experience from qualified and skilled professionals.

Premium Power Sport

Premium Power Sport Limited (PPSL) was set up in late 2017. The Company is a joint venture between Yachthub Group and RLR Yachting. Yachthub Group (YHG) is a multidisciplinary group that covers all aspects of yachting including new build yacht sales and brokerage, yacht chartering, yacht concierge services, shipyard, after-sales and a water sports activity and represents world-renowned brands in Malta and Gozo for brands including Sunseeker, Bavaria and Cranchi. RLR Yachting (RLR) is most probably one of the eldest Maltese Yachting Company and is well renowned in the world of sailing and racing. Brabus Marine

BRABUS Marine is the result of the cutting-edge alliance between two of the most renowned companies in their respective genres. Bringing together the award-winning Finnish boat builder Axopar Boats and the long-established, high-performance luxury automotive car producer BRABUS.

Sea-Doo is a Canadian brand of personal watercraft (PWC) and boats manufactured by Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP). Diving into the joy of limitless discovery through personal watercraft and pontoon boats – from sunny days to fishing trips and more, they’ve been reinventing fun on the water from day one.

Can-Am was a motorcycle production division of BRP, Bombardier Recreational Products, a Canadian corporation, between 1971 and 1987. Since 2006 Bombardier has produced all-terrain vehicles under the Can-Am Off-Road brand.

WhisperPower

Kamaz FTL hauler registers NatCar brand

MOSCOW. Sept 4 (Interfax) - National Carrier JSC, the full truckload freight trucking company headed by former Globaltruck CEO Ilya Sattarov that Russian truck maker Kamaz founded this summer, applied to register the brand NatCar at the end of August, the registry of federal intellectual property service Rospatent showed.

The NatCar brand is also mentioned in the recruitment ads of National Carrier, which is actively looking for E-class drivers. It is offering working with this year's model Kamaz diesel trucks from the flagship K5 line and new dry goods (curtainsider) and refrigerated trailers.

National Carrier was founded on July 7 in Moscow with charter capital of 1 billion rubles, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities showed. The company registered two branches in early August, in Yekaterinburg and Elektrostal, Moscow Region. The company specializes in truck logistics and associated activities, including digitization processes.

A spokesman for National Carrier told Interfax earlier that the company plans to provide FTL trucking services using its own fleet, "as well as the resources of hired truckers." The company's fleet will initially consist of 400 semi-trailer trucks with a 50/50 ratio of curtainside to refrigerated trailers, and it plans to primarily operate on domestic routes, he said.

The company has preliminary agreements with major customers among marketplaces and retailers in the FMCG and DIY segments, the spokesman said. Strong demand for trucking services is expected toward the end of the year, so there is interest from customers, he said.

Kamaz marketing director Ashot Arutyunyan announced at the International Moscow Automotive Forum at the end of August that the truck maker was the principal investor in National Carrier. He did not comment on the new company's shareholder structure, but said it is a Kamaz startup.

First refuelling for Russia’s Akademik Lomonosov floating NPP

The FNPP includes two KLT-40S reactor units. In such reactors, nuclear fuel is not replaced in the same way as in standard NPPs – partial replacement of fuel once every 12-18 months. Instead, once every few years the entire reactor core is replaced with and a full load of fresh fuel.

The KLT-40S reactor cores have a number of advantages compared with standard NPPs. For the first time, a cassette core was used, which made it possible to increase the fuel cycle to 3-3.5 years before refuelling, and also reduce by one and a half times the fuel component in the cost of the electricity produced. The operating experience of the FNPP provided the basis for the design of the new series of nuclear icebreaker reactors (series 22220). Currently, three such icebreakers have been launched.

The Akademik Lomonosov was connected to the power grid in December 2019, and put into commercial operation in May 2020.

Electricity generation from the FNPP at the end of 2023 amounted to 194 GWh. The population of Pevek is just over 4,000 people. However, the plant can potentially provide electricity to a city with a population of up to 100,000. The FNPP solved two problems. Firstly, it replaced the retiring capacities of the Bilibino Nuclear Power Plant, which has been operating since 1974, as well as the Chaunskaya Thermal Power Plant, which is more than 70 years old. It also supplies power to the main mining enterprises located in western Chukotka. In September, a 490 km 110 kilovolt power transmission line was put into operation connecting Pevek and Bilibino.
