yup, 5 stars, use the middle one to guide you! I can see there is no love (yet) for WYC, no worries, i am here to save the day, and, its been a while since i was able to post anything, end of days and all. who would have thought I am writing about sailing, but yes, they do have sailing, my children utilize it and have for years regattas and sperrys and all of that. I wish they could have found something cheaper to as a hobby, like eating gold, but WYC is fair for what it is. you can also moor your boat, rent a kayak or just clam out in low tide, summer haze. great instruction, excellent facilities and word has it, the guys from burlington played here back in the 80's, oh what a night, is this on? groovin

Dating back to the late 1880's, the WYC is located on Quonochontaug Pond in Westerly, RI. The Weekapaug Yacht Club is open to families and individuals who reside in the communities bordering Quonochontaug Pond. Membership entitles families to participate in WYC social events, enroll children in sailing programs and kiddie camp, participate in weekly club races (Optimists, Beetles and 420s), and use the docks and facilities.
