Departing at 12:30 pm, this Four -Hour adventure takes you to two different snorkel sites , allowing you to witness the diversity of marine ecosystems. Gear is included, and our experienced crew will be there to guide you every step of the way. Prices for the afternoon snorkel tour are $70 for adults and $60 for kids under 10.

1. Do I need snorkeling experience to join the tours? - If you can swim, we can teach you to snorkel. Our crew will provide instructions and guidance to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in the water.

What should I bring with me on the tour? - We always say “Pack like you’re going to the beach!” We recommend bringing a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a waterproof camera to capture the incredible underwater moments. Please use spray on sunscreen before boarding the boat as it makes the deck slippery.

4. Can I bring my own snorkeling gear? - Absolutely! If you prefer to use your own equipment, you are welcome to bring it. However, we provide high-quality gear that meets safety standards which is included in your ticket.

The Reef Roamer and the Quicksilver snorkeling catamarans are family-owned and operated. Our entire family and crew are dedicated to showing you the best in our back yard, with your safety as our first priority. We are located in the paradise of the Florida Keys, at the Key Largo Resorts and Marina (MM100). Just a short ride south from Miami, we offer a comfortable ride out to the coral reefs of Pennekamp Undersea Park and the Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary. Our Spacious 50ft sailing catamarans were custom built for snorkeling and day charters. We offer three trips daily at 9:00am, 12:30pm, and Sunset. We can also accommodate private charters and group trips from 10-91 passengers.

When it comes to snorkeling tours, our Key West Reef Snorkeling Adventure provides you with the most down-to-basics and, in turn, the most perfect, Key West snorkeling experience out there. Departing twice a day on a 3-hour journey out to the massive Key West coral reef ecosystem off the coast of Key West, our Key West snorkel offers you the chance to see the famous Key West coral reef gardens first hand! Once you take a peek underneath the surface of the water and see the beautiful, multi-colored display of the coral reef gardens, you will understand why this continues to be Key West's most popular water activity.

What is the weather cancellation policy? If the activity must be cancelled due to bad weather, and you cannot reschedule, you will be issued a full refund.

Where is the departure point for this tour? Check-in instructions will be included in your activity confirmation email.

Where can I park? There is metered parking available near the check-in facility.

Do I have to know how to swim for snorkeling? We ask that our guests feel comfortable in the water before booking a snorkeling tour. All guests will have the chance to wear a buoyancy vest while snorkeling. Swimming is not required, however.

Where do you go for your snorkeling? We have various destinations that we go to for snorkeling. Our two main destinations include the Barrier Reef on the Atlantic side of Key West and Cottrell Key. 

It is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of and understand all restrictions pertaining to this tour before booking online or over the phone. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically qualified and within any limits listed below in order to participate in this activity. No refunds will be given to those who reserve a spot and can not participate due to the restrictions listed below.
