Baracuda Valletta is built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 14 knots with a range of up to 4,837 nautical miles from her 40,000 litre fuel tanks.

Baracuda Valletta has a good selection of water toys and accessories to entertain you and your guests whilst on charter. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Another excellent feature are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Also there are SEABOBs providing agile cruising and diving. If that isn't enough Baracuda Valletta also features wakeboards, fishing equipment, scuba diving equipment and snorkelling equipment. At Marina di Valletta we offer four types of Berthing for yachts from 10 to 50+ metre Superyachts.

Transit Berths are available on a daily or monthly rate. Winter / Summer from 1 Oct > 31 May and 1 Jun > 30 Sept. Annual Contract berthing from 1st June to 31st May. The Marina also offers a limited number of 10/20 year leases at advantageous, long-term conditions.

Transit Berth

Valletta, The Fortress City, Citta' Umilissima, "a city built by gentlemen for gentlemen" is Malta's capital city: a living, working city, the administrative and commercial heart of the Islands. Valletta is named after its founder, the respected Grand Master of the Order of St. John, Jean Parisot de la Valette. The magnificent fortress city grew on the arid rock of Mount Sceberras peninsula, which rises steeply from two deep harbours, Marsamxett and Grand Harbour.

The yachting season in Malta spreads over seven months, running from early April through late October. The Spring months that are April and May, have unclouded skies and warm weather, ideal for chartering a yacht. Having worked on a myriad of residential and hospitality projects over the past few years, Miminat is adept at creating elegant interiors with contemporary decor, sculptural furniture, and statement lighting. K features all of the above and a sleek, stylish exterior. In contrast to the Japanese design influence, the vessel will reportedly display the finest Italian craftsmanship. As the studio puts it, K is “not only a vessel for art, but a masterpiece in and of itself.”

With an interior volume of approximately 300 GT, K offers a spacious interior with five cabins. The owner’s suite is positioned on the main deck, while a VIP and three doubles sit on the lower deck. The crew quarters are also located on the lower deck. Back on the main deck lies a salon with a Japanese-inspired lounge, a bar, and a dining area with a 10-seater table. A spiral staircase leads to a spacious upper deck with a helm and alfresco dining area.

K also offers luxurious hangouts forward and aft. The two-level aft deck centers around a singular infinity pool that waterfalls from one level to the next, while the bow is equipped with a plush lounge and firepit.

Miminat says “various engine options” will give K a maximum speed of 25 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. It is hard to imagine the yacht will be overly practical in tumultuous waters—especially given her scant hardtop, hull cutouts, and exposed aft deck—but, hey, at least she’ll look pretty.
