Had 12 guys on a golf trip from the Philly area. We booked this boat with Terry to break up the golf a bit. This was the best experience ever. Terry and Suzie were just amazing with response time and info, communication was a breeze! The boat is freaking awesome. It's not a standard plain catamaran, it's huge. Price was fantastic, we purchased beer at the dock, Terry and crew had fridge space and cooler space for us. The crew had trash bags as well. They allowed us to connect Bluetooth music for the trip. I can't stress enough how smooth terry made the trip. We literally got on the boat and was able to enjoy immediately. Would absolutely recommend or book again.

Terry and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. The communication was clear while scheduling. When I had to call regarding some questions he answered immediately and was able to answer them. While sailing he was a great captain, informing us of everything we needed to know while sailing - everything from how to use the toilet with a button, to storage and using the refrigerator, to setting up and confirming we were able to connect to their speakers before we left the dock. He gave us options on where to sail to based on what we wanted to see and do. He was friendly and joked around with us when we were around, but was content to give us our space as well and never forced himself into conversations. All around pleasant and personable. I highly recommend Terry and his beautiful catamaran to anyone looking for anyone looking to get away and go sailing. It was an all around exceptional experience from start to finish.

Me and my friends(8 of us) had an amazing time. Suzie was very accommodating and her communication from day one was excellent. Terry and Wayne were friendly but not intrusive. They were the perfect balance of giving our space and helpful in letting us have fun. They even tried their best to avoid the scattered storm to ensure or trip was a pleasant as possible. We went on the float mat which was fun and Wayne even jumped in to be our photographer 📸 😁 I (we) would highly recommend using their services. 10/10 on all fonts!

Awesome boat, great captain and crew and simply a great time! We were celebrating our close friends' upcoming nuptials and the flying pig did not disappoint ! We were able to bring our own drinks and food and Captain Terry and his first mate were awesome! Cant go wrong booking the flying pig!

Airbnb bans the use of indoor security cameras

Hosts who do currently have indoor security cameras have until April 30 to remove them.

NEW YORK -- Airbnb is banning the use of indoor security cameras in listings globally, the short-term rental platform announced Monday.

Previously, Airbnb (ABNB) allowed hosts to have indoor security cameras in common areas as long as the devices were clearly disclosed on the listing page and placed in visible spots in the home. Indoor security cameras, however, were never allowed in spaces like sleeping areas and bathrooms.

The update announced Monday clarifies that indoor security cameras are now prohibited in any listing, regardless of their location, purpose or prior disclosure.

"Our goal was to create new, clear rules that provide our community with greater clarity about what to expect on Airbnb," Juniper Downs, Airbnb's head of community policy and partnerships, said in a company blog post Monday.

Downs added that the new policy was created in consultation with guests, hosts and privacy experts.

The company emphasized that the majority of listings on Airbnb currently do not report having a security camera, meaning the policy update should only impact a small subset of hosts.

Hosts who do currently have indoor security cameras have until April 30 to remove them. After this date, a host who violates the new policy could face consequences including listing or account removal on the platform.

Outdoor security cameras, such as doorbell cameras, will continue to be permitted in Airbnb. Hosts, however, will be required to disclose the presence and general location of any outdoor cameras to guests before they book.

Airbnb is banning the use of indoor security cameras in the platform's listings worldwide

N EW YORK (AP) — Airbnb said Monday that it's banning the use of indoor security cameras in listings on its site around the world by the end of next month.

The San Francisco-based online rental platform said it is seeking to “simplify” its security-camera policy while prioritizing privacy .

“These changes were made in consultation with our guests, Hosts and privacy experts, and we’ll continue to seek feedback to help ensure our policies work for our global community," Juniper Downs, Airbnb’s head of community policy and partnerships, said in a prepared statement.

Airbnb had allowed the use of indoor security cameras in common areas, as long as the locations of the cameras were disclosed on the listings page. Under the new policy, hosts will still be allowed to use doorbell cameras and noise-decibel monitors, which are only allowed in common spaces, as long as the location and presence of the devices are disclosed.

Airbnb expects the policy update to impact a small number of hosts because the majority of its listings do not report having indoor security cameras.

The policy change will take effect April 30.

In its fourth-quarter earnings report last month, Airbnb said its bookings and revenue rose, and the company said demand remains strong.
