Hallo! Hat schon mal jemand das Babypaket um 6€/Nacht dazugebucht und kann mir das Bett beschreiben? (Reisegitterbett/Beistellbett/Gitterbett)?

Hallo Lisa, wir haben am 15.01.2024 dort übernachtet. Das Babypaket ist wirklich super und für €6,- nicht der Rede wert. Das Babybett ist ein Reisebabybett wie man es kennt. Die "Wände" sind aus einem feinen Netz durch das man durch schauen kann. Es war von der Marke Hauk. Ansonsten war eine Bettdecke und ein Kissen darin. Baby-Shampoo, Windeln und eine Wickelauflage waren ebenso im Paket enthalten.

Weiß jemand , wenn man im Victory ein Zimmer gebucht hat, der Einlaß in die Therme auch erst um 9,00Uhr möglich ist? Oder darf man schön früher rein?

Hi, also man darf um 8.30 Uhr ins Bad und bekommt auch Handtücher und Bademantel schon vor Bezug des Zimmers. Koffer kann vorher unterstellen

Weiß jemand, ob in der Therme, so ein Getränke Paket angeboten wird? Oder ob man etwas zum Trinken mit rein nehmen könnte?

Mit rein nehmen ist kein Problem, haben wir auch gemacht. Sollte Plastikflaschen sein. Getränkepaket wird meines Wissens nicht angeboten.

Die Therme ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist jederzeit vor Ort und ist äußerst hilfsbereit. Durch die Gestaltung der Therme hat man nicht das Gefühl auch wenn es voll ist das man sich bedrängt fühlt.

Etwas mehr Kompetenz an der Rezeption, besonders der Tagesangebote und Info wäre von Vorteil. Die Qualität der Speisen tagsüber in der Therme (ausgenommen Saunabereich) lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Alles Fast Food mit mangelhafter Qualität - warum kann man nicht in die Saunalandschaft nur zum Essen gehen auch für die Kinder ? Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Als Alternative zu den gastronomischen Angeboten in der Therme bieten wir Ihnen im Hotel selbst auch noch das Restaurant Empire, wo Ihnen ein umfangreiches A-la-Card Angebot aus frischen saisonalen Speisen geboten wird und es zudem auch eine eigene Kinderkarte gibt. Guter Service am Empfang,leider sagte man uns , dass das einchecken erst ab 16 Uhr gehe , jedoch schon auf der Bestätigung 15 Uhr . Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber, schlafen konnte man gut. Wir haben ein Abendessen für 30 € pro Kopf gebucht, zuzüglich Getränke Punkt leider war das Essen eine Katastrophe viel zu wenig alles längst vorbereitet und mit der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt und das Fleisch war nicht mal durch. Als ich darum bat den Schinken meiner Vorspeise weg zu lassen ,wurde mir gesagt , dass die Vorspeise leider längst vorbereitet sei und es leider nicht möglich wäre den Schinken zu entfernen Punkt ein wahrer Genuss für alle Vegetarier . Das Essen in der ganzen Therme ist natürlich wahnsinnig teuer aber das war ja auch klar. Nächstes Mal werden wir in einem Restaurant in der Therme essen kommen da günstiger weg mit besserer Qualität . alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt leider mit einer 75 € Rechnung fürs Abendessen und anschließend hungrigen Badegästen .

Das Hotel selbst ist nach wie vor in hervorragendem Zustand und meine Kinder lieben es. Ein früherer Kritikpunkt war das Catering im Hotel und im allgemeinen Teil der Therme. Hier konnte durch das Nelsons und das "Burger-Restaurant" eine deutliche Verbesserung seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt erreicht werden.

This is an amazing hotel, quite new and very clean. Styled like a ship which was actually very cool. Incredible variety of breakfast foods on offer, and extremely helpful and kind reception staff who explained everything to us (in English)! The adjacent Therme spa is AWESOME!! We wanted to stay another few days, and will be back in future.
