Before choosing Gangster Boat Names for your boat, there are several important factors to consider. Here are some informative tips to keep in mind:

  • Relevance to Gangster Theme: Ensure the name aligns with the gangster theme you want to portray. It should evoke a sense of authority, fear, and respect, reflecting the boat’s association with the underworld.
  • Intimidating and Powerful: Opt for a name that sounds intimidating and powerful, as it will make a strong impression on rivals and onlookers. Think of names that exude strength and dominance.
  • Authenticity and Originality: Strive for authenticity and originality in your name choice. Avoid directly using well-known gangster names, but draw inspiration from the gangster culture to create something unique.
  • Avoiding Negative Connotations: While a gangster name should be powerful, it’s essential to avoid names that may have negative connotations or could be offensive to certain groups.
  • Symbolism and Imagery: Consider using symbolism and imagery that represent the boat’s character and mission. It could be related to an animal, weapon, or legendary figure.
  • Memorability and Catchiness: Choose a name that is easy to remember and has a catchy ring to it. A memorable name will help in building recognition and establishing your boat’s identity.
  • Suitable for Branding: Think about how well the name can be adapted for logos, graphics, and other branding elements. A strong gangster boat name can be visualized effectively.
  • Legal Considerations: Check for trademark and copyright issues to avoid potential legal problems with the chosen name. Ensure the name is available and not already in use by another entity.
  • International Appeal: If your gangster boat operates in international waters or targets a global audience, consider a name that has universal appeal and is easily understandable in different languages.
  • Longevity and Timelessness: Choose a name that has lasting power. Avoid trendy or overly specific names that might lose relevance over time. A timeless name will ensure longevity for your gangster boat.
  • Test the Name: Before finalizing the name, test it among a select group of people to get feedback on its impact and impression. This will help you gauge the effectiveness of the name.
  • Alignment with Your Vision: Make sure the gangster boat name aligns with your overall vision and mission for the boat. It should complement the boat’s purpose and goals.

Tips:  By carefully considering these tips and incorporating them into your naming process, you can create a compelling and effective gangster name for your boat that captures the essence of its character and leaves a lasting impression in the criminal underworld.

Conclusion:

In the realm of boat naming, the gangster boat names lists we have provided for you reign supreme. Each name holds a story, a legacy, and an allure that transports you to a bygone era of crime and charisma. Choose a name that resonates with you and sets your boat on a course of style and swagger.

How to Pick a Cathy and Perfect Gangster Boat Name?

Ahoy mateys! Are you ready to embark on a journey of naming your boat? So buckle up and get ready to set sail with these strategies for finding the ultimate Cathy boat name that will make waves wherever you go!

Utilize Nautical Terminology

When it comes to finding the perfect name for your new boat, utilizing nautical terminology is a great place to start. There are a few different ways you can go about this. First, you can brainstorm a list of all of the different nautical terms and phrases that you can think of. Once you have a good list going, start crossing off the ones that don’t fit with the feel or personality of your boat. For example, if you’re looking for a name that’s fun and playful, something like “Salty Sam” might be a good option. If you’re looking for something a little more sophisticated, on the other hand, “Lady Luck” could be a better choice.

Another option is to look up lists of popular nautical names online and see if any of them strike your fancy. This can be a great way to get some ideas if you’re feeling stuck. Just make sure that you don’t choose something that’s too common – after all, you want your boat’s name to be unique!

Don’t forget to consider your boat’s appearance when choosing a name. If it’s sleek and modern, something like “Ocean Queen” could be perfect. If it’s more traditional or rustic-looking, on the other hand, “Old Salt” might be a better bet.

No matter what route you decide to go with when naming your boat, utilizing nautical terminology is sure to give you some great options to choose

Play off of Popular Sayings and Slang

If you’re looking for a Cathy Boat name that will really stand out, try playing off of popular sayings and slang. This can be a great way to add some personality to your vessel. For example, you could name your boat “The End of the Line” or “Ain’t Misbehavin.” If you’re feeling especially creative, you could even come up with a clever play on words like “Boaty McBoatface.” Whatever you choose, just make sure it’s something that will make people smile.

Consider Your Boat’s Characteristics

Your boat’s name should be a reflection of its personality and characteristics. If your vessel is playful and energetic, consider a name that reflects that energy. For a more serious and stately boat, a dignified name may be more appropriate. Other factors to consider when choosing a name for your boat include its size, shape, and color. Consider what words best describe your boat and use those words to help you narrow down your list of potential names.

Brainstorm with Friends and Family

One of the best ways to come up with a great name for your boat is to brainstorm with friends and family. This can be a fun activity that everyone can participate in and it can really help to get the creative juices flowing. Sit down with a group of people who know you well and start throwing out ideas. You might be surprised at how many good ideas come from this exercise.

Create a Word Mashup

The perfect boat name is out there waiting for you – and creating a word mashup is one way to find it. By combining two or more words into a new portmanteau, you can come up with something unique that represents your boat and your style.

For example, take the word “sail.” By mashing it up with another word like “sun,” you get the name “Sailsun.” This name evokes the feeling of being out on the open water, basking in the warm sun. Or you could go for something more adventurous like “Sailbar.” This name conjures up images of sailing to a remote island, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink at the beach bar.

If you’re stuck on what words to use, try thinking about your favorite activities on the water. Do you love to fish? Then consider a mashup like “Fishnet” or “Fisherman.” Are you an avid surfer? Then go for something like “Surfboard” or “Surfski.” No matter what your passion is, there’s sure to be a word mashup that perfectly captures it.

Take Inspiration from Nature

If you’re looking for a truly unique name for your new boat, why not take inspiration from nature? There are so many beautiful and interesting things in the natural world to draw inspiration from. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

1. Name your boat after a stunning natural wonder, like the Northern Lights or the Grand Canyon.

2. Pick a name that references the sea or sky, like Blue Wave or Cloud Nine.

3. Go for a whimsical option inspired by animals or plants, like Dandelion or Butterfly.

4. Or choose a name that simply describes the feeling of being on the water, like Freedom or Peaceful Escape.

No matter what you choose, a nature-inspired name is sure to give your boat an extra special touch!

Dirty Boat Names: The Most Inappropriate Boat Name Ideas

dirty boat names

In this day and age, having dirty boat names might not be the most appropriate thing to do. But for those who are truly interested in giving their boat a naughty pun or sexually charged label as a name, then who are we to stop you?

In this guide, we'll walk you through our absolute favorite dirty boat names, as well as a few words of wisdom regarding the limitations and considerations to be aware of before giving your boat that dirty, naughty, raunchy name.

Our Best Suggestions

inappropriate boat names

Listed below are a few of the dirtiest, most inappropriate boat names that could serve as inspiration for your boat’s future name:

Doggy Style

A powerful classic with staying power that may perhaps outlive our current generations. The boat name “Doggy Style” is a perfect name for those who want to keep it somewhat traditional and straight to the point.

There are no particular boat types or boat sizes we see this name to be the best with, but we would definitely suggest having a dog painted on your boat, just to throw off or confuse the passers-by who take notice of your boat’s name.

2 Girls, 1 Boat

A play on the infamous 2 Girls, 1 Cup (do not look this up), we find “2 Girls, 1 Boat” to be that inside joke that a few millennials would definitely be aware of.

This boat name is fantastic not just to show off your knowledge of a decade-old horrific and disgusting sexual video, but it can also be construed as an innocent showing of how good you are with the ladies.

Butt Muncher

The “Butt Muncher” is as juvenile as it is inappropriate, but we definitely need this boat name in our list because of its simplicity. It doubles as both a playground insult and, to a certain extent, an expression of sexual preferences and fetishes in the bedroom.

We envision this boat name to work best with smaller-sized boats but would love to see big-sized “Butt Muncher” boats in the seas as well.

Moist to Wet

“Moist to Wet” refers to the boat, and not to a woman’s particulars unless that is what you are talking about. This inappropriate name will definitely raise some eyebrows, but maybe not enough that strangers would confirm their suspicions regarding the sexual intent behind the boat name.

We find this to fit almost any kind of boat, as all boats transition from dry to moist to wet at some stages in their boat lives.

Jiggly Boobies

If you thought “Butt Muncher” was juvenile and ridiculous, then let us take it a step further with “Jiggly Boobies,” a boat name appropriate for no occasion at all, but sounds inappropriately funny when thinking about it or even saying the boat name out loud.

We would love to see jiggly boobies on a boat for sure, but perhaps this boat name is more appropriate for yachts and other vessels where relatively small social events and gatherings are held.

Sway of the Dick

Well, we have to let it loose sometimes, right? The boat has to freely sway and get accustomed to the blow of the wind, and this is exactly what “Sway of the Dick” calls for. Just let it out and let it run free! This is the best way to make sure that your boat gets the best exposure it needs and is truly the most magnificent way to let it swing and sway all about.

This boat name is, in all honesty, something we do not imagine seeing on any boat in the foreseeable future, but if you want this to be adorned on your boat, then please be our guest.

The Clitmeister

The term “meister” is attached to another concept to denote a certain degree of know-how and expertise. Sort of like saying the person is a master of something, whether it be drinkmeister, dealmeister, schlongmeister, or in the case of this boat name, “The Clitmeister.” We will leave you to your own devices to determine why someone could ever become the master of the clit.

This boat name seems to be one of the most inappropriate names in the entire world, so we are pretty sure that if you do take this name for your boat, you will be the first in the entire world to have a boat to possess the distinction of “The Clitmeister.”

Dick Navigator

Moby Dick is a very popular boat-related story that speaks of a sperm whale that bit off a sailor’s leg in a previous voyage, so what better way to name your boat than after a perilous sea creature?

The “Dick Navigator” feels like it was a name made for medium to large-sized boats that truly travel all parts of the seas, but we can see this name fitting smaller-sized boats as well.

If you know a friend named “Al,” then this might be the best way to give him praise and honor. This naughty non-sexual boat name can come in handy when you want to make it known to the world that you can handle your wine (or vodka or whisky).

We see this boat name as a grand invitation to everyone and anyone that loves to party and spend their nights with a drink in hand as they dance the drunkenness away.

Seymour Boo Tay

I do not know about you, but this boat name is probably one of the most underrated names in this list, or in any inappropriate list on the internet ever. “Seymour Boo Tay” has a particular nuance and intelligence to it. The humor is definitely crass, but people have to respect the effort put in to at least try to make it a tad subtle.

In this 1993 FBI surveillance photo, Francis "Cadillac Frank" Salemme (left), Stephen "The Rifleman" Flemmi (second from left) and Frank Salemme Jr. (third from left) are seated at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, Mass.

Francis "Cadillac Frank" Salemme was found guilty Friday of killing a South Boston nightclub owner 25 years ago. The conviction marks the end of the half-century war on organized crime that was started by Attorney General Robert Kennedy.

The former New England mafia boss had long been suspected of the murder, but was not charged until the nightclub owner's remains were dug up in Providence, R.I., in 2016.

80-Year-Old Reputed Mobster Acquitted In 1978 Heist Portrayed In 'Goodfellas'

The Two-Way

80-year-old reputed mobster acquitted in 1978 heist portrayed in 'goodfellas'.

"Cadillac Frank" is just one of the famously nicknamed mobsters of the 20th century. Mobsters acquire nicknames from many different places: reporters, cops, friends, etc. Some enjoy the nicknames, and others, like Cadillac Frank, are not such big fans.

Salemme got his nickname "Cadillac Frank" from working at an auto body shop in Boston, where he specialized in fixing up Cadillacs. But former WBUR crime reporter David Boeri cites another explanation for Salemme's nickname in a 2016 interview with WPRI-TV.

According to Boeri, Salemme had a friend at a Cadillac dealership who would key and scrape every 30th or 40th new car coming off the truck. Salemme would buff out the damage and resell the car for a lower price.

Boeri said Salemme did not like Cadillacs and drove BMWs, one of which he was driving when he survived an assassination attempt in 1989.

Here, the origin of a few other interesting mob nicknames:

Capone, one of the most notorious gangsters in the United States, was the co-founder and boss of the Chicago Outfit. His nickname stems from an incident that happened while he was working the door at a Brooklyn night club. Capone inadvertently insulted a woman and was then slashed in the face by her brother Frank Gallucio.

Capone hated the nickname and when photographed would hide the scarred side of his face, saying the scars were war wounds. He died of cardiac arrest in 1947.

Tannenbaum was a hitman for Murder, Inc., the enforcement arm of the Italian-American Mafia, Jewish mob, and other organized crime groups around New York. After World War I, Tannenbaum began working at a resort in upstate New York that was owned by his father and frequented by Manhattan's Jewish mobsters. His nickname, "Tick-Tock" was given to him by Jacob Shapiro because of his ceaseless clock-like nervous banter.

Shapiro controlled industrial labor racketeering for 20 years in New York and established Murder, Inc. which Tannenbaum would later join. Tannenbaum died in 1976.

Israel "Ice Pick Willie" Alderman

Alderman was a mob enforcer in Minneapolis, Minn., during the mid-20th century. He garnered the nickname "Ice Pick Willie" by murdering people using an ice pick to stab them through the ear drum, puncturing the brain, and leaving no sign of foul play during autopsies. Alderman claimed to have committed 11 ice pick murders at the speakeasy he owned in Minneapolis. The victims would slump over the bar, appearing to be drunk, and he would would drag the bodies out with no questions asked.

Alderman later became a Las Vegas casino investor and manager, and he eventually went to prison for tax evasion.

Accardo was boss of the Chicago Outfit and is credited with greatly increasing the power and wealth of the group during his eight decade involvement. During Prohibition, he received his first nickname "Joe Batters." Accardo used a baseball bat to murder three mobsters who betrayed the Outfit. Al Capone allegedly said, "Boy, this kid's a real Joe Batters." The second nickname "Big Tuna" was instituted by Chicago newspapers when Accardo was famously photographed with a giant tuna he caught during a fishing expedition.

Of Accardo's death in 1992, Robert R. Fuesel, executive director of the Chicago Crime Commission, remarked that the Capone era had finally come to an end.

Bonanno was a Sicilian-born American who became the boss of the Bonanno crime family. He was nicknamed "Joe Bananas" by the newspapers, a reference to both his name and their perception of his mental state. Bonanno hated the nickname and much preferred "Don Peppino," drawn from his original Italian name. He died in 2002 of heart failure.

Joseph "Joey Brains" Ambrosino

Ambrosino was a member of the Persico faction who got his nickname while a cop was chasing him through Brooklyn, according to 2007 estimony by mob informant Larry Matza. The cop was running after Ambrosino for using a fake credit card. With the cop right behind him, Abrosino ran into the local mob hangout, the Wimpy Boys Social Club. This and other occasions led to Ambrosino's reputation as not so bright.

Ambrosino later violated Mafia protocol when he instructed his wife to gather up all their guns and put them on the neighbor's porch, fearing the cops were going to search his home. This resulted in a plot to murder his mother.

In this April 12, 1999 file photo, Luigi Manocchio listens during his trial for receiving stolen goods in Providence, R.I., Superior Court.

Manocchio is the former boss of the New England-based Patriarca crime family. The Providence Journal mistakenly heard from a source that Manocchio's nickname was "Baby Shanks" and proceeded to refer to him as so for years.

His real nickname, the Journal later reported, was "Baby Shacks" — an allusion to two characteristics. "Baby" was used because Manocchio had a baby face while he was young, and "Shacks" was used because he had a reputation for "shacking up" with lots of women.

Manocchio pleaded guilty to extortion and after finishing his sentence in 2015, walked free at age 88.

Joseph "Junior Lollipops" Carna

Carna was a captain in the Colombo crime family. He worked for the family for more than 30 years, with arrests dating back to 1959. His nickname came from his father, who owned a restaurant called "Lolly's" in Brooklyn. His father was known as "Senior Lollipop" and so Carna was nicknamed in accordance.

Carna was jailed in 2012 for six months and fined $300,000 for money laundering as part of a mob gambling operation.

What would your mafia nickname be? Big Tuna? Butter*ss? Mayhaps your unwavering love of garlic mashed potatoes would earn you the nickname "Willie Potatoes"? One can dream, right? Obviously, the mob is a dangerous thing, because crime and murders and drugs and stuff. But that doesn't mean that they don't have a great sense of humor. Sometimes that sense of humor manifests itself in an incredibly violent fashion, like cutting somebody up into little pieces, placing those pieces in a gym bag, and throwing them into the Hudson River - but sometimes they just give each other really funny nicknames. On the very small off chance there's anything to love about the mafia, it's probably that. And also for keeping New York City, and really the entire tri-state area, operating.

So god bless the mafia and the mob (Italian or Russian or just any of them!) for this one very specific thing (funny mobster names), and please help us rank the most creative and funny mafia nicknames ever given to a boss, muscle,  consigliere,  lackey, or whatever other roles they may have. If you can't get enough of hilarious and awesome names, vote on these Viking names , too!

Lawsuit naming Sean 'Diddy' Combs as co-defendant alleges his son sexually assaulted woman on yacht

A lawsuit that names Sean “Diddy” Combs as a co-defendant alleges that his son Christian “King” Combs sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht chartered by his father

LOS ANGELES -- A lawsuit that names Sean “Diddy” Combs as a co-defendant alleges that his son Christian “King” Combs sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht chartered by his father.

The suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court says Sean Combs created the circumstances that led to the assault and paid to cover it up afterward. It’s the latest in a series of lawsuits accusing the producer and music mogul of sexual misconduct, and it comes amid a federal sex trafficking investigation that led Homeland Security agents to raid his homes in Los Angeles and Miami last week.

Grace O'Marcaigh, who worked as a crew member and a bartender on the boat, says that in late December 2022, Christian Combs pressured her to drink tequila that she believes was spiked with other drugs. He groped her breasts and genitals and attempted to force her to perform oral sex, the suit alleges.

The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they have been sexually abused unless they come forward publicly, as O’Marcaigh has done. She also consented to being named through her attorneys.

Aaron Dyer, an attorney for Sean and Christian Combs, called the lawsuit “lewd and meritless.”

"We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim," Dyer said in a statement.

Dyer called the investigation that brought last week's raids "nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

Sean Combs, who chartered the yacht throughout the holidays in 2022, “had full control of the staff and premises” and created circumstances where her assault was not only tolerated but encouraged.

O’Marcaigh, who was 25 at the time, said when Christian Combs, then 24, came aboard late one night, he appeared heavily intoxicated and began giving her inappropriate attention.

She said the two were in a music studio on board the ship, where producer Rodney Jones, who filed his own lawsuit in February, was told to be available around the clock for Sean Combs to work on his next album.

O’Marcaigh said in the suit that Christian Combs was insistent that she take shots of tequila, and she drank out of obligation.

The suit alleges he became increasingly aggressive with her, violently grabbing her arm as she tried to get out of the situation then groping her. The drinks made everything blurry, unusually quickly, the suit says.

Microphones in the studio, where Jones was told to capture everything, recorded their exchange, and the lawsuit includes a transcript where O’Marcaigh demands that Christian Combs stop touching her.

The suit alleges that he later continued the assault in the ship's movie theater, which was used as a spare sleeping area and where she was attempting to find a place to spend the night because the rooms were all taken, before another crew member appeared and he stopped.

O’Marcaigh told the yacht's captain about the assault the following morning, but she alleges that after Combs gave him a large amount of cash the same day, the captain failed to meaningfully investigate or take any action.

The suit says O'Marcaigh was eventually fired in retaliation and has since been unable to find work in the music industry where she had planned to build a career. It says since 2022, she has suffered severe emotional trauma.

The lawsuit seeks damages to be determined at trial.

Christian Combs is also a musical artist whose song “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop” with Kodak Black topped Billboard’s Mainstream R & B Hip-Hop charts in 2022. He was at his father's Los Angeles home during last week's searches, during which he and his brother were handcuffed but not arrested.

The producer Jones’ federal lawsuit, filed in February by Tyrone Blackburn, the same attorney as O’Marcaigh's suit, includes allegations that Sean Combs coerced him to solicit prostitutes and pressured him to have sex with them.

Dyer's statement said the newest lawsuit is “filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn.”

He pointed out that U.S. District Judge Denise L. Cote criticized Blackburn in a separate lawsuit on Wednesday and referred him to a disciplinary committee for a “pattern of behavior" where he “improperly files cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly.”

Blackburn responded in an email that “a referral is not a sanction” and the statement from Combs' lawyer was an attempt to “deflect and distract.”

“Christian Combs sexually assaulted Ms. O’Marcaigh, and we have it on tape," Blackburn said.

Several lawsuits have brought public scrutiny to the music and business mogul, beginning with a November suit from his former protege and girlfriend, the R & B singer Cassie, which alleged years of sexual abuse, including rape. It was settled the following day.

Combs and his attorneys have denied all of the lawsuits' allegations.

Combs, a three-time Grammy winner and the founder of Bad Boy Records, is among the most influential hip-hop producers and executives of the past three decades. He turned his hip-hop empire into a broader business empire that includes private-label spirits, fashion, and a TV network.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' son accused of sex assault in lawsuit that also names music mogul as defendant

LOS ANGELES — Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is a subject of a federal sex trafficking investigation , has been named as a defendant in a new lawsuit that alleges his son sexually assaulted a woman while she was working on a yacht the music mogul had chartered for a trip at the end of 2022.

The allegation is the latest in a wave of lawsuits accusing Combs , 54, of sexual assault, sexual trafficking and engaging in other criminal activity. He has denied all the allegations, calling them sickening.

In the suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Grace O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian Combs, 26, sexually assaulted her in late December 2022 while she was working on a boat charter that had been “sold as a wholesome family excursion” but turned into a “hedonistic environment.”

The alleged assault happened just days before Sean Combs hosted a New Year’s Eve yacht party with a long list of celebrity guests .

Christian Combs is accused of sexual assault, sexual harassment and infliction of emotional distress in the lawsuit. Sean Combs is being sued for premises liability as the person who chartered the yacht and for aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault.

A lawyer for the father and son called Thursday's suit "lewd and meritless" and said it was "filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect" from O’Marcaigh's lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn.

The lawyer, Aaron Dyer, said his legal team plans on filing a motion to dismiss the suit.

“Like father, like son," Blackburn said Thursday night after the suit was filed. "It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity."

In the yacht studio

In her suit, O’Marcaigh alleges that Christian Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her. She included transcriptions of audio clips that she states are evidence of her denying his advances as he gropes her. The suit states that the clips were recorded by a producer in the studio.

O’Marcaigh, who was 25 at the time of the alleged assault, worked as a steward providing dinner and drink service on the yacht from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and witnessed partying and drug use between a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities, the suit states. She also alleges in the complaint that she suspected bottles of alcohol were laced with drugs because women began to fall over themselves, panic or pass out after just one drink.

Around Dec. 28, 2022, O’Marcaigh was informed that Christian Combs would be joining the party to record with music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones in the yacht’s makeshift studio, the suit states.

puff daddy diddy sean

Christian Combs had been staying on shore at a villa, but often joined his father in the evenings, according to the suit. The woman’s suit alleges that he arrived “heavily intoxicated” and that he paid an inappropriate amount of attention to her.

Christian then pressured O’Marcaigh to take shots of tequila that she believes he brought onboard, according to the suit.

After she took the shot, O’Marcaigh states in the lawsuit, Christian Combs became aggressive and insisted she drink more.

O’Marcaigh became fearful and began to feel the effect of the tequila, which she “quickly suspected” had been spiked, the suit states.

The situation “escalated” as Christian Combs groped O’Marcaigh’s legs, breast, anus and vagina, the suit states. The suit details audio recordings in which it states O’Marcaigh can be heard declining alcohol, saying she had to leave, and telling Christian Combs to stop touching her with what sounds like kissing noises in the background.

The audio was recorded by Jones, the producer who was in the studio during the alleged assault and who has alleged in his own lawsuit that he was required to record Sean Combs “constantly” and had hours of footage in which the music mogul and his staff allegedly engaged in criminal conduct.

NBC News has heard two clips of audio transcribed in the suit purportedly from the night of Dec. 28, 2022, but has not verified who was recorded.

“Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs where I want to,” O’Marcaigh is heard saying in the recording detailed in the suit. “If I want to do this, then I will. You don’t touch my legs like that.”

“Listen, you and everybody in the crew,” Christian Combs allegedly replies.

“I can’t, I have to go down,” O’Marcaigh says. “I have to go down.”

Christian Combs then insists that O’Marcaigh stay with him, but she responds that she cannot unless he makes that request to a crew leader, the suit states, citing the audio recording.

O’Marcaigh answered this way because she knew “anyone of authority” who could approve the request would be asleep and Christian Combs would not be able to contact them, the suit states.

“Who can I talk to? I’m going to say I requested you right now,” Christian Combs said, according to the suit.

“Well, you can take your hand off my ass for the first thing,” O’Marcaigh responded.

O’Marcaigh then attempted to resume her duties and finish her shift once she was able to leave the studio, the suit states. Christian Combs allegedly found her a short time later and insisted she find him a place to sleep.

She directed him to the yacht cinema, which was used as an extra sleeping area, where he blocked her in, the suit states.

Christian Combs allegedly began to grope her and took off his clothes.

“His penis was erect, and he grabbed her arms and was trying to force PLAINTIFF to perform oral sex on him,” the suit states.

The suit includes photos of bruising on O’Marcaigh’s forearm and alleges it was caused when Christian Combs grabbed her.

O’Marcaigh fought him off until someone else walked in, according to the suit.

Since the alleged attack

The alleged assault had a deep impact on O’Marcaigh’s mental health as well as her professional and personal lives, the suit said. When O’Marcaigh complained to the yacht captain the next day, the suit alleges, the captain did not believe her and failed to investigate.

She alleges that the captain retaliated against her until she was terminated in May 2023.

Her mental health deteriorated, and the woman had anxiety and panic attacks as well as severe suicidal ideations, the suit said. O’Marcaigh alleges that the emotional strain affected her physical health and that she developed an eating disorder and seizures following the assault.

She is seeking unspecified damages.

"I am here to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves and I applaud Grace for being so brave to come forward with her truth," attorney Rodney S. Diggs said of his client. "Hopefully her story will inspire others to come forward."

Allegations and investigation

O’Marcaigh’s suit is the first to accuse Christian Combs of sexual assault. Since November, his father, Sean Combs, has been accused in lawsuits of sexual assault by four women, which he has repeatedly denied.

One of those suits has been settled , and the others have not been resolved.

Jones, a producer who worked for Sean Combs from September 2022 to November 2023, alleged the rapper sexually harassed him, pressured him to engage in sexual acts and forced him to procure sex workers. He said he witnessed Sean Combs giving drinks laced with drugs to people at parties.

An attorney for Combs said Jones’ “reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”

Federal agents walk at the entrance to a property belonging to Sean "Diddy" Combs

On March 25, agents with Homeland Security Investigations searched Sean Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami. A source familiar with the investigation told NBC News that a federal investigation began before this year and that authorities were aware of the layout of Combs’ properties before the raids.

During the searches last month, federal agents discovered guns and seized his phones as part of a warrant issued from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, law enforcement sources have said. Christian Combs was detained at his father’s Los Angeles home last month when Homeland Security Investigations executed a search warrant, but he was not arrested.

Investigators are also looking into allegations of statutory rape against Sean Combs, the source said.

NBC News previously reported that at least three women and one man have been interviewed by federal investigators in relation to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms.

Aaron Dyer, one of Combs’ attorneys, issued a statement following last month’s property searches and said that Combs “was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities.” He described the search as an ambush, saying there’s been a rush to judgment based on “meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

“There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations,” Dyer said. “Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”
