Allow us to welcome you to the Royal Forth Yacht Club

Welcome to the Royal Forth Yacht Club. We are an established water-sports club with over 150 years of history. The Club is based at Granton Harbour within easy reach of Edinburgh city centre and provides fast access to the beautiful sailing waters of the Firth of Forth, for day sailing or for ventures further afield.

A varied racing and cruising programme is offered for members’ participation and the Club has its own fully serviced moorings for members’ boats and a manned launch service to access them. Our extensive boatyard is available for secure boat storage and basic maintenance. There are several club boats for members to use, as well as providing the opportunity to crew for other boat owners.

Our onshore facilities include a welcoming clubhouse, function room and patio with licensed facilities and hospitality seating for up to 70 persons to accommodate the busy, varied social programme throughout the entire year.

Whether an experienced sailor or beginner, boat owner or just seeking the opportunity to get out on the water, please get in contact and we would be delighted to welcome you to the Club. For more information click here .
