I had a really great experience working with Willie from Latitude. He helped me find a great boat at a fair price. Very responsive to my (many) questions and went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend Willie and Latitude if you're in the market for a boat.

I worked with Tim Norton at Latitude for the purchase of a 2006 Hunter 45 last May. I explained many times that this was my first purchase of a large boat and the first time working with a broker. I have purchased Real Estate and I thought that the same standards held for boat brokers. I learned from him that there was some unwritten set of rules that govern the process. There were several conversations like this."Where is the dinghy listed on the listing sheet" I asked. "Oh, even though it is listed it does not come with one". I found out that the boat had a cover 45 days after signing the P&S when he called to sell it to me as a separate deal. On several occasions he verbally snapped into a swearing, rude, unprofessional mess. He even succeeded in getting out of fixing items days prior to me taking possession that were agreed to be done. The largest purchase of my life became a nightmare of interactions as he manipulated the transaction. The few interactions I had with Ryan Miller on the other hand were great.

I believe that all reviews should be shown. The non recommended review was very helpful.
