The Najad 441 is a solidly built yacht with a flushed deck and beautiful lines. The center cockpit offers great protection in cold and rainy weather, the v-shaped hull makes it move gently through the waves and the interior, made of selected mahogany, includes two cabins with double berth and possibility to sleep one on the saloon sofa.

The Najad 441 was developed from its precursor, the Najad 440. Even though the dimensions are similar, the Najad 441 has a new hull design, the balsa core is replaced by divinycell, it has a (small) wing in the bottom of the keel, a semi balanced rudder and an integrated swim platform in the stern.

Najad 441, RENDEZVOUS was delivered in 2000 and was used in the Mediterranean for the first few years. It came back to Sweden in 2009, and was sold to the current (second) owner, who has sailed in Scandinavian waters. Most of the time it has been professionally serviced and stored inside during wintertime.

RENDEZVOUS is equipped with an in-mast furling main sail and twin fore sails (genoa and jib). There are two electric Andersen winches to allow for easy sails handling. The well protected center cockpit is great, especially when the weather is not.

Inside is two cabins with double berth and separate heads. In the forward cabin is also a separate shower cabin. In the saloon you will find a sofa, two comfortable arm chairs and a solid saloon table. The navigation table is located directly to port of the entrance stair and the galley is located directly to starboard of the entrance.

General Description

The Najad 441 is a solid sailboat for all conditions. Inalou has been equipped and used for comfortable long-distance sailing and most of what you need and want for comfortable cruising is already there.

This Najad 441 has 3 cabins, the layout is spacious with good-sized double cabins fore and aft. A classic aft "owners cabin" version with a double berth, lots of drawers and cupboards and its own head/shower. A passage leads up to the navigation table and the large salon with galley and dining area offers plenty of room for cooking and entertaining.

In front of the salon you will find the guests' head/shower on the port side, opposite is a cabin with two beds. At the very front there is a traditional forepeak. Consistent throughout the entire boat's solid interior is beautiful woodwork designed in the classic Swedish style.

On deck, we find a protected center cockpit where you have easy access to sheets and instruments. The teak deck sits nicely on the side deck and the flush foredeck. The Najad 441 is an upgrade of the successful 440, but with an improved hull shape, and the use of balsa was replaced with Divinycell in the 441.

She is laid out in a way that makes for comfortable single handed sailing. The genoa, the cutter, and the in-mast-main furling sheets are comfortably handled from the cockpit.

Inalou is a stable ocean going cruiser in the truest sense of the word. After two years of sailing Europe and the Caribbean, she is now available for sale right here in the Caribbean. She has been continuously updated and maintained, and she's ready to sail away with you on a new journey.

With their excellent designs, craftsmanship and detailing, their whole range is very much appreciated by the descerning yachtsman. This Najad 441 has a three cabin layout and is readily equipped for long distance cruising with (amongst other) a generator, watermaker, electric winches, electric furling, etc. Offered to the market by her first and only owner, carefully maintained, always dry and heated stored. Located in Sweden.
