EXTERIOR NEBULA features a triple deck configuration with multiple deck areas to aft, while the forward deck appears to be reserved for tender storage. She boasts sleek exterior styling with a distinctive, yellow stripe along the hull.

INTERIOR Her interior styling is yet to be seen, but her vast interior stretches across 2050 GT of volume and is equipped with twin MTU diesel engines. Her designers have an international portfolio spanning 16 years of yacht design: from custom superyachts and explorer boats to highly customised shadow vessels and yacht tenders. All their designs follow three values …“Technical Expertise, Precision and Passion”.

This new yacht will be built to satisfy RINA rules and on the outside will be finished with similar colours to the owner's sail yacht. "We are thrilled to introduce our new shipyard and the stunning 63.5-meter motor yacht," Serkan Surer, CEO of Nebula Yachts. "This project represents our passion for craftsmanship and innovation, creating unforgettable moments for our valued clients". At 63.5-meters long, the vessel will have a beam of 12-meters (nearly 40-feet). This is great for the private and open guest spaces onboard as there will be decent internal volume. Below is how one of the guest cabins are expected to look when NBL 103 is completed.

The public guest spaces onboard have a similar décor theme as the above cabin space. The interior overall is to be finished in muted and subdued tones giving a natural and soft appeal. Emphasis has been on off-center furniture placement as well as rounded corners and designs which give the illusion of more space and a less regimented and overly symmetrical appearance. Below is an example of the main salon and how it will look when finished.

Other features onboard include a swim platform at the stern. The sides of the hull by the stairs fold down to further open-up the swim platform on either side. That area also contains a beach club and gym. No engine brand or power has been listed but it is said the yacht will have a top speed of 16-knots. The 57.6m/189' motor yacht 'Amanda' (ex. Lion Spirit) is due to be launched by Nebula Yacht in Turkey at their Antalya shipyard. Her interior is styled by British designer design house Reymond Langton Design and she will be completed in 2025. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Espen Oeino.

Amanda has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising two VIP cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 13 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Amanda is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Amanda comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles from her 107,900 litre fuel tanks at 16 knots. Her water tanks store around 21,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to BV (Bureau Veritas) classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.

Sergei Ryakhovsky (Sergei Vasilyevich Ryakhovsky) a Soviet-Russian serial killer known as the Balashikha Ripper and The Hippopotamus. Ryakhovsky was convicted for the killing of nineteen people in the Moscow area between 1988 and 1993. Ryakhovsky's mainly stabbed or strangulated his victims, he mutilated some bodies, mainly in the genital area. Allegedly Ryakhovsky carried out necrophilic acts on his victims and stole their belongings. Ryakhovsky standing 6’5" tall and weighting 286 pounds, gaining him the nickname, The Hippo. Sergei Ryakhovsky died on January 21st 2005 from untreated tuberculosis while serving his life sentence in prison.

The 67 metre ShadowCat support yacht Nebula has been delivered. She completed her maiden voyage and arrived in Poole, England on Tuesday 14 June. 

She hit the water for the first time at Spanish yard Astilleros Armon in December last year. The shipyard is based close to Oviedo, in northern Spain, and specialises in commercial ships and yacht support vessels.

Following in the footsteps of ShadowCat support yachts 66.2m Hodor and 68.2m Wayfinder , Nebula features an all-aluminium catamaran hull and is designed inside and out by Kirsten Schwalgien Design. Naval architecture meanwhile has been penned by Incat Crowther .

Featuring a sleek exterior, Nebula is equipped for remote cruising with a dedicated helicopter deck and hangar, while power comes from two MTU engines.

The Unique Burial of a Child of Early Scythian Time at the Cemetery of Saryg-Bulun (Tuva)

In 1988, the Tuvan Archaeological Expedition (led by M. E. Kilunovskaya and V. A. Semenov) discovered a unique burial of the early Iron Age at Saryg-Bulun in Central Tuva. There are two burial mounds of the Aldy-Bel culture dated by 7th century BC. Within the barrows, which adjoined one another, forming a figure-of-eight, there were discovered 7 burials, from which a representative collection of artifacts was recovered. Burial 5 was the most unique, it was found in a coffin made of a larch trunk, with a tightly closed lid. Due to the preservative properties of larch and lack of air access, the coffin contained a well-preserved mummy of a child with an accompanying set of grave goods. The interred individual retained the skin on his face and had a leather headdress painted with red pigment and a coat, sewn from jerboa fur. The coat was belted with a leather belt with bronze ornaments and buckles. Besides that, a leather quiver with arrows with the shafts decorated with painted ornaments, fully preserved battle pick and a bow were buried in the coffin. Unexpectedly, the full-genomic analysis, showed that the individual was female. This fact opens a new aspect in the study of the social history of the Scythian society and perhaps brings us back to the myth of the Amazons, discussed by Herodotus. Of course, this discovery is unique in its preservation for the Scythian culture of Tuva and requires careful study and conservation.
