Private Parties Our Liverpool Party Boats can cater for intimate parties of eight right up to big bashes for two-hundred people! The Boats are available to for private charter at any time of the day and 365 days a year! Most of our Private Charters include Bottles of Bubbly for the group, a 1200W JBL PA System on board with a DJ, WC's, showers and a large plasma TV. Party Boats can be used for Parties, Product Launches, Film Premiers, and so much more! As experienced Event Organisers; Simply Good Times have the knowledge, experience, and contacts to provide truly memorable private parties aboard our Liverpool Party Boats!

Shared Party Cruises Our Liverpool Shared Party Cruises take place in the evening for around 3hrs. The boats have an on-board sound system and dance floor with flat screens that can be used for slide shows or karaoke. Your Party Boat will include a Glass of Wine on arrival, BBQ supper and Live Professional Disco as well as the occasional music themed evening from the likes of Brittany Spears, Madonna and ABBA. Some cruises also feature spectacular firework displays to be enjoyed from the deck (please enquire for more information).

Private Xmas Parties: Throughout December, we have our large Party Boat available for Exclusive Private Hire in central Liverpool with a Bubbly Reception & 2 Course Christmas Dinner included in your trip. The boat comes fully equipped for big parties, with comfy seating, kitchen, a stocked and licensed bar, flat screen TV's, and a PA system for festive hits. (Wheelchair accessible).

Shared Xmas Party Cruises: We also cater for public cruises for Shared Christmas Do's which set sail in early evening and arrive back late. Booked a trip on the Skylark for a Hen Party, the boat trip itself was nice the staff once we got on board we friendly enough, though we did have some issues connecting to the bluetooth to play some music. Unfortunately trying to sort everything around the trip was not the best service; sending emails gets no response at all, and when calling on the phone to discuss changing group numbers there was not much understanding of what the booking was the seemed very unorganised. On the day we called to say we were arriving, and was told someone would be waiting for us at the port but there was no way to know who that was and no effort was made on their part to find us. I called the company several times at this point but was getting no response, and if it weren't for the fact one of the staff was waiting to get on the dock we would never have known that Liverpool Boat Charter got bookings mixed up and almost put another party on our boat, and we would've lost our trip. So clearly no attenmpt was made to verify the booking details or anything like that, which is pretty shoddy in my opinion we couldn've lost the whole trip. Troubles continue; An email sent after the trip confirmed that I was overcharged by Liverpool Boat Charter £70; again when I tried to email to discuss got no response, butwhen I did call they did agree to pay me back. 1 month after that phone call I recieved £50 back as a refund but not the £70 as previously agreed so I'm short £20 with no explination So whilst he trip was good enough, the service around the trip would lead me not to reccomend a trip with Liverpool Boat Charter

Hi There We operate Trip Boats not a Hotel service all you have to do is follow the instructions on the booking confirmation emailed to you upon booking. The Skipper and Crew where waiting ready for you as always they are never late and have a proven track record. all you had to do was call him as arranged in the booking confirmation to make contact so he could escourt you along to the boat. secondly our bluetooth works fine there was an issue with your device as could not connect to your blue tooth although we could easily connect bluetooth to our devices this was an issue with your own device. You where not over charged 2 of your group did not turn up on the day so we gave you back a refund of £25pp this amounts to £50 not £70 if you had made contact with me on the week end of your hen cruise you would have received your refund. there and then but no contact was made from you. Our Skippers & crew are very proffesional and trained to the high MCA standard they are curious and will help in any way they can although they are there to ensure your safety and and the boats safety. Some people think they are going on a booze cruise this is not the case this is a very popular cruise with hens and stags you can bring along your own drinks with you. We provide a music PA system but it is up to you to organise your own music set list and make sure your device can work on blue tooth. It’s unfortunate you weren’t happy with your cruise the circumstances where beyond our control.they where down to your music device.

We had a brilliant time - the Skylark was perfect for our party - well worth the money - crew were so accommodating and friendly - I would definitely recommend it!

We had a great time on the Skylark - even though there were only 13 of us they let us have the whole boat to ourselves. The team were really accommodating and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Our hen party had so much fun!

The Albert Dock, Liverpool

Liverpool Boat Tour

Liverpool Boat Tour operates half hour tours of the Dock System, aboard The Princess, a classic passenger boat that we have lovingly refurbished over the past two years.

The Princess offers comfortable, seated accommodation for just over 60 passengers. Table service allows you to enjoy a drink and snacks from our well stocked bar as you listen to our informative commentary and nautical music as you cruise through the dock system.  The half hour tour also allows you to see the many large yachts and sea going vessels in Liverpool Marina.  You can book your cruise on line or simply turn up and pay on board. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is due at the time of the final charter payment. Under MYBA terms, this sum is usually equivalent to 30 per cent of the total charter fee, but may be up to 40 per cent in some cases.

Intended to cover the operating expenses of a charter as explained under Charter Terms, such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees and ad hoc incidentals, the APA will be given to the captain before the start of your charter. The Captain will ensure that the yacht is fully fuelled and provisioned when you step on board. While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. If, during the charter, the expenditure exceeds the sum already paid, additional cash funds will be required at once.

All outstanding bills from the yacht charter should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before your final disembarkation. Of course, any remaining credit at the end of your charter will be reimbursed to you in full. On request, transfer arrangements to and from the yacht can be made by Burgess or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

Huge £20m super yacht moors on Liverpool waterfront

The owner is reported to be a multi-millionaire CEO

A huge £20m super yacht has appeared on Liverpool's docks.

Reef Chief, which is registered to and carrying the flag of the Cayman Islands, appeared in Canning Dock at 12.59pm on Wednesday, July 5. The 161-foot vessel arrived in Liverpool after making a trip from Cardiff.

The yacht was reportedly put on the market in 2011 for an asking price of $29.9m, per superyachting website Boat International , although SuperYachtFan.com puts this at $25m [£20m GBP].

Reef Chief was named Anjilis at the time. The same website reports its current owner to be American multi-millionaire James F Dicke II, the chairman and CEO of Crown Equipment Corporation, one of the world's largest forklift truck manufacturers.

The CharterWorld website says Reef Chief's cruising speed is around 18 knots and she includes a spa pool, a bar, accommodation for up to 11 guests and room for a crew of nine people. The website also indicates the yacht is not available for charter although other sources are unclear on this. Other similar yachts are listed for hire at more than $150,000 per week.
