Sail into the present whilst stretching and strengthening. Focus on your movements & breath, smell the sea air and hear the tinkle of ropes on masts.

Yacht Club Yoga is for every body. Its yoga for all ages and levels. Beginners are welcome.

Our classes are held in the Port Melbourne Yacht Club with beautiful views over the beach. On warmer days we open the sliding doors to bring in the sea air.

GROUP SESSION

Whether for a Corporate Class or a morning of a Wedding Class for the bridal party, I create Group Sessions to be uniquely tailored to your needs and schedule. My Group Session integrates yoga poses (asanas) and breathwork as part of my holistic technique.

Cranial Technique & Yin Yoga

Yin & Cranial technique together, via specific movements, guide balance and restore function within the body, the intention of the practice is to reduce stress, pain, and ab errant responses in the body, boost energy, health and immunity, and restore the biomechanical function of our body.

The main classes of monohull boats sailed at PMYC include: Pacer; Laser, RS Aero, Musto Skiffs and the classic 18 ft. Jolly Boat. The main classes of catamarans include: Taipan, Hobie Cat, Viper, F18 and C2. Even if you have a different class boat you can sail in races and compete in the Club handicap events. The Club prides itself on its friendly and competitive sailing.

Visiting sailors are welcome to bring their own yachts and race for a small fee to cover insurance of $20 or $10 for members of other sailing clubs (per person).
