• AZTECA accommodates 12 guests in 6 elegant staterooms. The huge, full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck is completely customized with a luxurious en suite bath. In addition to the owner’s suite, AZTECA has one full-beam VIP suite and four guest cabins located on the lower deck 1 x Master Cabin (king bed) 1 x VIP Cabin (king bed) 2 x Queen Cabins (queen bed) 2 x Twins (two separate twin beds in each cabin). The Sundeck, Upper Deck and Main Deck are fitted with day heads for guest use.
• This space has a huge sun bathing area, a shaded area, plus a six person Jacuzzi.
• On the bridge deck we have the Wheelhouse, Captain's Cabin, another lobby, and the main guest area. This includes a TV Saloon with a poker table and a very large Al Fresco Area with a bar and a twelve seat mahogany table.
• The full beam Owner's suite includes a fully equipped owner’s office and en suite. Moving out of the master suite we find the main lobby followed by the Main salon with two areas, the dining table and a large TV lounge. The fwd area is used to house the Air conditioning room, aft of this are two double crew cabins for the Engineer and 1st mate.
• The lower deck accommodates the VIP suite plus two double cabins and two twin cabins, a lobby and stairs to go up to the main deck and upper deck. This deck also accommodates the crew area and laundry.

Launched in 2005, AZTECA presents in pristine condition thanks to a meticulous maintenance schedule and a 2023 refit. At 49.7 metres, this luxury superyacht squeezes a wide selection of amenities into her spacious interior volume of 497 GT—including space for 12 guests and a crew of 12.

AZTECA was designed inside and out by Michael Leach. Her welded-steel hull encloses a few outdoor areas that are perfectly equipped for relaxation and entertainment at sea. She’s powered by two 2,250 hp Caterpillar engines to reach a cruising speed of 16 knots. If you cruise at a more economical speed of 12 knots, AZTECA has a range of 5,400 nautical miles and is is equipped with Quantum zero-speed stabilisers for extra comfort.

One highlight is her large sun deck. You can head aft to sit in the Jacuzzi, flop out on one of the sun pads that surround it, or recline on the loungers. When you’re ready to cool down, you can move forward to grab a refreshment in the shade or head down to the upper deck aft for another covered seating and dining area.

The layout of AZTECA is well-balanced, with plenty of space to relax and socialise. The upper salon is a more intimate space, with a small round table that’s ideal for playing games and a large screen for movie nights. The main salon offers a ring of sofas and seats, with a formal dining table that seats 12 amidships. The rest of the deck is dedicated to the full-beam owner’s suite that comes with an office and a large en suite with a full tub. The rest of the party will sleep on the lower deck, comprising a full-beam VIP with a large his and hers en suite bathroom and tub, two doubles and two twins.

The interior of the AZTECA is a classic combination of cream carpets and furnishings with beautiful wood panelling and navy accents. Sliding glass doors connect the upper salon to the al fresco dining area and aft seating, helping to illuminate the room with natural light.

Luxury charter motor yacht Azteca II features a modern beach house styled interior with the main salon and dining room on the Main Deck and the panoramic sky lounge on the Bridge Deck. There is spacious and elegant accommodation for twelve guests in six cabins. The full beam Owners suite is located on main deck, with the full beam VIP suite and four guest cabins located on lower deck. Azteca II's sundeck features a large sun bathing area forward with a round Jacuzzi for 6 and a centralized shaded area mid ship with loose deck furniture aft. The spacious bridge deck features al fresco dining that is covered and a fix seating area aft. The main deck aft features a fixed seating aft. AZTECA II has a state of the art audio visual system and a good selection of water sports equipment.

His superyacht Azteca is often seen in Los Cabos. This is the largest one of the many yachts he has acquired over the years and is 236’ at a cost of $80m. She can accommodate 12 guests and a crew of 28.He and his family fly on their Gulfstream G-V private jet. The aircraft has a market value of approx. US $10-15 million and can accommodate 12 passengers.Venus is a superyacht designed by Philippe Starck built by Feadship for Jobs. However, Jobs died in October 2011. The yacht was unveiled a year later and cost more than $110m. His widow Laurene Jobs has been seen enjoying this vessel in Cabo, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. Venus is 256 ft long and as you can see a very unique design. No surprise there. What is a wonder is that Phillipe Starck was given complete design control.The Jobs Private jet is a Gulfstream V, worth over $40 million and paid by Apple.Here comes the Sun is a 272’ superyacht owned Russian Billionaire Alexander Dzhaparidze. He has a penchant for Yachts and the Beatles. This is his fourth yacht named after a Beatles song. This gorgeous yacht has all the toys and was built by Amels. This is their largest built yacht to date. Alexander is a self-made businessman that got his start in the exploration of oil. He has recently split with his wife who took half of his $1.2B.This is available for charter for up to 16 guests and a crew of 27. She has a top cruising speed of 27 knots.Next up we have Kismet worth an estimated $200 million. Kismet is owned by Pakistani-American billionaire Shahid Khan. He is a self-made billionaire living the American dream. The word kismet means “destiny” or “fate” in many languages. Kismet can carry 28 crew members at a time and has eight staterooms that provide capacity for 16 guests. It has a charter price of $1.2 million per week, excluding food, fuel, and dockage costs. In mid-2018, the yacht was rented by Jay-Z and Beyoncé during a vacation to Italy. Shahid Khan is the proud owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Mr. Khan is estimated to be worth $10B and has 4 private jets.Attesa IV superyacht and is one of the more commonlyseen in Los Cabos. He made his wealth in fertilizers.He flies in high style in his converted Being 737-700.Motor Yacht AA is 390 feet and cost $300 m. This unique style was designed by Phillipe Stark and built the Blohm + Voss shipyard. A can accommodate 14 guests in its 7 guest cabins and is designed for 35 crew members on board. Andrey Melnichenko- Russian Oligarch. His wife Aleksandra Melnichenko is a former singer and model from Serbia. They also fly in their custom Boeing 737-700.And finally, we have Serene one of the world’s largest private superyachts and currently the largest private vessel ever to visit Los Cabos by former owner Yuri Shefler.The ship was built for a Russian Stoli vodka tycoon for $330m. His wife is former supermodel Tatiana Kovylina. Built by Italian shipyard Fincantieri with interior design by Reymond Langton Design. Serene can accommodate 24 lucky guests with a crew of 52 for some outstanding luxury yachting style. AZTECA II sleeps up to 12 guests in six en suite staterooms including a full-beam main deck master suite, a full-beam VIP stateroom and a further two doubles and two twins, ideal for large families. Her outdoor areas are perfectly equipped for relaxation and entertainment while at sea, in particular the large sundeck that plays host to ample sunpads, a Jacuzzi, covered seating area and sun loungers.

Elsewhere on deck, guests can enjoy a number of al fresco dining options in addition to a bathing platform that provides easy access to her armada of toys and tenders to include a 10.3m Bimax tender, Seadoo’s, Waverunners and a jet ski.
