Extrovert appearance

Aurelia is a 37-metre sportster – our tenth unique yacht of this size. Her extrovert appearance was inspired by the Owner’s vision for something distinctly different – a homage to sports car heritage. Indeed Aurelia was named after the very first Gran Turismo – the Lancia Aurelia GT. The world’s finest mid size sports yacht gives each owner and their designers the opportunity to create without compromise. From the outset, Aurelia was destined to be highly distinctive and for more reasons than just her racy colour scheme.

First impressions

Gulf Oil Racing colours were adapted by Dobroserdov Design and applied to the yacht and even the 14ft Castoldi tender stored in the large tender garage and launched using the Heesen track system that is both safer and requires less space than a traditional crane mechanism. The transom door folds down to create a large swimming platform.

Step aboard

With interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell, Aurelia’s ‘GT’ car concept required a considerable degree of detail in every aspect of the design. From the Linley Aston Martin chairs to the automobile grille bookcase insets, every classic feature exudes craftsmanship.

AURELIA Yacht – Epic $10M Superyacht

AURELIA yacht is a 37-meter superyacht, hailed to be the tenth unique yacht of its size. 

With her owner’s love for sports cars, she is the ocean’s answer to a classic racing car. In fact, she was named after the very first Gran Turismo – the Lancia Aurelia GT . 

From her highly distinctive car-inspired exterior to her flawlessly designed interior, this mid-sized award-winning sports yacht exudes style and luxury at every turn.

AURELIA yacht interior

Bannenberg and Rowell penned AURELIA’s interior design based on a car concept. Every vintage detail, from the Linley Aston Martin seats to the vehicle grille bookcase insets, is a work of art, and each one oozes quality workmanship.

The main salon is separated into two sections: a dining room with a wide circular table and a cozy lounge area with an L-shaped couch, two design armchairs, and a Bio Ethanol-powered fireplace (by Australian business Eco Smart ).

She has four cabins that are named after race car designers and can sleep up to eight guests and six crews.

The race car designers who influenced the décor of the guest cabins are Bertone (orange Lamborghini), Pininfarina (red Ferrari), and Zagato (green Aston Martin).

The master bedroom is normally placed forward on the main deck, while the three double guest cabins are located on the lower deck, all having en-suite shower facilities. 

She offers spacious living areas laid with a warm and welcoming ambiance for that perfect luxury charter experience with family and friends.

Specifications

The AURELIA yacht was built by CdM and was delivered in 2020. She has a beam of 8.6m, a draft of 2.6m, and a volume of 453 GT.

AURELIA’s superstructure is made from aluminum and she has a semi-displacement hull, which allows her to maintain great seakeeping while reaching amazing speeds.

She is propelled by two MTU engines, which allow her to travel comfortably at 15 knots and achieve a top speed of 30 knots. She has a range of up to 1,900 nautical miles at 12 knots from her 30,000-liter fuel tanks. 

An innovative stabilization system aboard minimizes the side-to-side roll of the boat, allowing passengers to enjoy outstanding levels of comfort either at anchor or when on the open water.

Her Gulf Oil Racing color scheme was designed by Frank Laupman of Omega , a Dutch company that is not known for any specific style, but rather a range of different styles, each individually tailored to the owner’s specifications.

AURELIA is considered the world’s finest mid-size sports motor yacht with its spacious exterior areas.

She boasts of a fantastic sundeck, a transom door that folds down to create a large swimming platform, and water toys that make her a popular charter yacht among guests with a strong track record.

Accommodation

As well as the captain of Aurelia, she can accommodate up to six more crew members on board and up to 8 passengers in four suites.

The AURELIA yachts’ master suite is incredibly big and bright, with a huge ensuite bathroom and walk-in dressing area to be enjoyed in privacy.

She has three big guest cabins, each of which has been decorated in a distinct racing motif.

Our fleet of yachts is available all over the French Riviera, so in most cases, you will be able to embark and disembark at the location of your choice.

Please note, however, that if you choose a yacht that is not based where you wish to embark, you will be charged a delivery fee corresponding to the fuel consumption. If such charges apply, your Excellence representative will advise you of the exact amount before you proceed with the booking.

37m Heesen motor yacht Aurelia now for sale with Denison Yachting

The 37.3-metre Heesen motor yacht Aurelia has had a central agency change and is now listed for sale with Kevin Paul at Denison Yachting . 

Launched by Heesen in 2011 and refitted in 2017, 2019 and 2023, Aurelia remains one of the most recognisable yachts in the world and features exterior design by Dobroserdov Design . Her extrovert appearance was inspired by the owner’s vision for something distinctly different – a homage to sports car heritage. The number 10 symbol on the yacht's side is a nod to her place as the tenth yacht in the Dutch yard's successful Heesen 3700 series, which was designed by Omega Architects .

Interiors are designed by Bannenberg & Rowell and built by Sinnex , where the ‘GT’ car concept continues through details like the Linley Aston Martin chairs and the automobile grille bookcase insets.

Accommodation is offered in four comfortable and spacious cabins to eight guests in total. The master suite can be found forward on the main deck and three double guest cabins are located on the lower deck. All guest cabins feature LCD television screens and en-suite bathrooms.

Her main saloon boasts ample seating via two large armchairs, an L-shaped settee and an additional sofa alongside a fully-equipped galley and glass cabinet.

Outdoor areas where guests can enjoy time to relax include the partially sheltered aft cockpit and the large sundeck with its comfortable al fresco seating and a convivial bar. Large mattresses can also be found in front of the wheelhouse, perfect for sunbathing, reading or just simply unwinding.

Additional sun lounging and socialising spaces can be found on Aurelia 's spacious foredeck, while two sets of stairs lead aft towards an al fresco dining area on the main deck.

The yacht is distinguished from other models in the series through its focus on eliminating noise and vibration. This comes in the form of double glazing in all hull windows, sound-proof tiles on the inside of the hull, additional mass layers surrounding the master suite and sound-proof doors.

She is powered by twin MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel engines able to reach a maximum speed of 30 knots, while her range at 12 knots is 1,900 nautical miles.

AURELIA Yacht for Sale

The extrovert appearance of M/Y AURELIA was inspired by the Owner’s vision for something distinctly different – a homage to sports car heritage. The number 10 symbol on the yacht's side is a nod to her place as the tenth yacht in the Dutch yard's successful Heesen 3700 series. Gulf Oil Racing colours were adapted by Dobroserdov Design and applied to the yacht as well as the 9 meter (30 foot) Custom Chase Boat built by Pascoe. Capable of 46 knots, carrying 10 people, this tender has just finished a complete rebuild, including a new engine, drive leg and transmission. The Lazarette of AURELIA has been converted into a comfortable guest ‘Beach Club’ with couches, music and a champagne fridge and a large swim deck area of 45 square meters is formed when the transom door folds down.

While the standard layout for Heesen’s 3700 series is a 5 cabin configuration, the owner of AURELIA wanted more comfort for guests and more space for the crew, so designated a guest cabin for the captain. The result is a more realistic 6 crew for 8 guests and everyone benefits from extra living space, plus a welcome and essential increase in laundry and crew facilities to ensure that service is at the highest level, ideally suited for charter yachts. With interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell, AURELIA’s ‘GT’ car concept required a considerable degree of detail in every aspect of the design. From the Linley Aston Martin chairs to the automobile grille bookcase insets, every classic feature exudes craftsmanship. AURELIA is the only 3700 to have a luxury interior built outside the factory and was realised by Sinnex.

Double glazing in all hull-windows, sound-proof tiles on the inside of the hull, additional mass layers surrounding the Master Suite and sound-proof doors are but some of the features that distinguish this yacht from her sisters.

AURELIA 122' Heesen Yachts Heesen 3700 2011

Launched by Heesen in 2011 and refitted in 2017, 2019 and 2023, she remains one of the most recognisable yachts in the world. M/Y AURELIA has a transparent ownership structure with a British UBO, a Maltese commercial registry and is ready to charter.

The extrovert appearance of M/Y AURELIA was inspired by the Owner’s vision for something distinctly different – a homage to sports car heritage. The number 10 symbol on the yacht's side is a nod to her place as the tenth yacht in the Dutch yard's successful Heesen 3700 series. Gulf Oil Racing colours were adapted by Dobroserdov Design and applied to the yacht as well as the 9 meter (30 foot) Custom Chase Boat built by Pascoe. Capable of 46 knots, carrying 10 people, this tender has just finished a complete rebuild, including a new engine, drive leg and transmission. The Lazarette of AURELIA has been converted into a comfortable guest ‘Beach Club’ with couches, music and a champagne fridge and a large swim deck area of 45 square meters is formed when the transom door folds down.

While the standard layout for Heesen’s 3700 series is a 5 cabin configuration, the owner of AURELIA wanted more comfort for guests and more space for the crew, so designated a guest cabin for the captain. The result is a more realistic 6 crew for 8 guests and everyone benefits from extra living space, plus a welcome and essential increase in laundry and crew facilities to ensure that service is at the highest level, ideally suited for charter yachts. With interiors by Bannenberg & Rowell, AURELIA’s ‘GT’ car concept required a considerable degree of detail in every aspect of the design. From the Linley Aston Martin chairs to the automobile grille bookcase insets, every classic feature exudes craftsmanship. AURELIA is the only 3700 to have a luxury interior built outside the factory and was realised by Sinnex.

The master suite can be found forward on the main deck and three double guest cabins are located on the lower deck. All guest cabins feature LCD television screens and en-suite bathrooms. Her main salon boasts ample seating via two large armchairs, an L-shaped settee and an additional sofa alongside a fully-equipped crockery and glassware cabinet.

Outdoor areas where guests can enjoy time to relax include the partially sheltered aft cockpit and the large sundeck with its comfortable al fresco seating and a convivial bar. Large mattresses can also be found in front of the wheelhouse, perfect for sunbathing, reading or just simply unwinding.

Additional sun lounging and socializing spaces can be found on AURELIA's spacious foredeck, while two sets of stairs lead aft towards an al fresco dining area on the main deck.

M/Y AURELIA is powered by twin MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel engines able to reach a maximum speed of 30 knots, while her range at 12 knots is 1,900 nautical miles. In a further aid to comfort, and efficient under all conditions but especially when at anchor, is a pair of Seakeeper gyro stabilizers that were specified and installed during the build. One gyro was replaced new in 2021, the second replaced in 2023.

Very careful attention has been paid to eliminating noise and vibration. Double glazing in all hull-windows, sound-proof tiles on the inside of the hull, additional mass layers surrounding the Master Suite and sound-proof doors are but some of the features that distinguish this yacht from her sisters.

Their super yacht Aurelia is the tenth in the successful 37 metre class built by this Dutch shipyard. Powered by two MTU 16V 4000 M90 diesel engines, the luxury yacht is an all-aluminium hard chine vessel with the ability to reach a maximum speed of 30 knots.

The main salon of superyacht Aurelia is cleverly divided in two; a dining area with a large circular dining table and a contemporary sitting room with plenty of seating: “we gave it a pretty low level streamlined style, slightly masculine…inspired by the Dunhill cigarette lighter aesthetic” says Simon Rowell, from Bannenberg & Rowell.

Typically, 37 metre vessels sport five cabins, but the owner of Aurelia wanted to offer more comfort to his guests and more space for his crew, so there is a designated guest cabin for the captain and more room for things like the laundry.

Comfort on board, especially when at anchor, is improved by a pair of Seakeeper gyro stabilizers that are incredibly efficient under all conditions and require no through-hull fittings.

Available for luxury yacht charters, Aurelia can accommodate eight guests in her four cabins. The master suite is traditionally located forward on the main deck and the three double guest cabins – all with ensuite shower rooms – are positioned on the lower deck.

The decor of the cabins are inspired by racing car designers and named as such: Bertone (orange Lamborghini), Pininfarina (red Ferrari), and Zagato (green Aston Martin). Guests can enjoy life at sea in three exterior social areas: the partially sheltered aft cockpit; the vast sundeck with its comfortable sitting area and convivial bar; or they can take the sun on the large mattresses located in front of the wheel house.
