Let's discover the Power 67 interior

Your eyes will immediately be caught by the saloon panoramic windows which propose a striking ocean view, and abundant natural light. The urban and luxurious design seamlessly blends various spaces into a stately and cozy saloon of 39 sqm.

The Power 67 luxurious saloon hospitable area includes a lounge, a dining, a smart helm station and a convenient open galley. Alternatively the galley can be fitted down in port hull in order to offer even more space in the saloon.

Power 67 Charter

• This layout offers 6 double cabins with en-suite bathrooms , 3 in each hull in a symetrical order. 
• When choosing the "Galley down" option , it replaces the port middle cabin, and leaves more room for reception area in the saloon.
• The port rear cabin can optionally offer bunk beds , and might be preferred as a cabin crew or for grown-ups. 
• Both rear cabins are accessible from outside through the cockpit for more privacy. 
• Forepeak cabins with double beds and private bathrooms can be fitted both on port and starboard.

Power 67 Maestro (Owner)

• The major difference is a sensational Owner Suite on starboard, with sofa, desk, and an extensive bathroom with separate shower.
• This layout offers the "Galley down" option for the port mid space, in order to enjoy a more voluminous saloon.
• The "Bunk bed" option in the port rear cabin might be preferred to accommodate crew members or solo passengers.
• Like in the Charter layout,  rear cabins staircases come from the cockpit .
• Both forepeaks can optionally be fitted with double cabins with own bathroom, independently accessible from the front deck.

Specific structure and motorisation of the Power 67 for best performance

Fountaine Pajot designs and builds specific hulls for power catamarans and provides great motorisation, in order to offer the best seaworthiness and great performance in average conditions.

Speed aficionados will also be satisfied with the great performance, thanks to the engines offering a standard 2 x 300 hp and especially with the engine upgrade of 2 x 435 hp.

Fountaine Pajot Catamarans

Fountaine-Pajot is one of the oldest production catamaran builders. In 1976 Jean-Francois Fountaine and Yves Pajot opened their first shipyard in the town of Aigrefeuille-d’Aunis on the infamous Bay of Biscay. The duo’s passion for sailing and boat building was born from their competitive racing on an international level. Jean-Francois won the worlds in the half-tonner class, Yves Pajot won an Olympic gold medalist, and even their current CEO Romain Motteau won a world championship sailing Hobie 16’s. Their first boats were primarily Olympic class boats such as the 420’s, 470’s, and 505’s.

Following their passion for racing they began building Half Tonner IOR boats in the late 1970’s/early 1980’s, winning not only the World Champions but also the prestigious Solitaire du Figaro single-handed race.

In 1981 the team at Fountaine-Pajot pushed the envelope just a little further by designing and building Royale, a 60ft open racing catamaran which helped the yard gain world notoriety. It was through the success of Royale that Foutaine-Pajot helped change the French catamaran landscape forever with their first production catamaran, the Louisane 37 designed by Joubert Nivlet. It was a revolutionary design that helped shape the future of cruising catamarans with a blend of performance and comfort.

While the 1990’s and 2000’s were a great period for Fountaine Pajot with models such as the Bahia 46, Belize 43, and Lavezzi 40. It was the Fountaine-Pajot Helia 44 and the Fountaine-Pajot Saba 50 that changed the trajectory of Fountain-Pajot and cemented its place as one of the leading catamaran builders.

Prep Time: 10 minutes Serves: 8

Ingredients:

• 1 bunch fresh mint
• 24 oz vodka 
• 2 bottles of ginger beer (24 oz)
• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup lime juice
• 1 cup of sugar
• 2 lime slices

Instructions:

• In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and mint leaves and bring to boil for 1 minute. 
• Remove from heat and steep for an hour. 
• Remove the mint leaves. Pour the simple syrup into a pitcher. 
• Add ginger beer, vodka, and lime juice into the pitcher, then stir. 
• Refrigerate until cold. 
• Serve garnished with sliced limes and mint leaves.

Mint Moscow Mule with Sweet Lemon

Prep Time: 5 minutes Serves: 1

• ¾ cup ginger beer
• 10 mint leaves
• ½ lemon, juiced
• 2 tbsp simple syrup
• Crushed ice
• Take your serving mug and fill it with the crushed ice.
• Next, add the lemon juice, followed by simple syrup.
• Rub the mint leaves between your palms before adding to the mug.
• Add ginger beer, vodka, and mix.
• Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint leaves.

For this recipe, you can make a simple syrup by boiling equal parts of sugar and water in a saucepan. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, put in a container and leave it to cool. Refrigerate for future use whenever you need to mix your drink.

Blackberry Mint Moscow Mule

Prep Time: 5 minutes Serves: 2

• 3 cups ginger beer
• ¼ cup mint leaves
• ½ cup fresh blackberries 
• 2 tbsp lime juice 
• Put the blackberries, mint leaves, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and mix them up. 
• Add the vodka into the mixture, then stir. 
• Strain the mixture into two mugs, then add one and half a cup of ginger beer into each.
• Top with ice. 
• Garnish with blackberries, lime wedges, or mint leaves. 

This drink brings you a lot of nutritional value besides the added tartness of blackberries. These berries are packed with vitamins C, K, and vital minerals like manganese. Mint Moscow Mule Mojito

• 12 fresh mint leaves
• 4 tbsp vodka
• ½ cup ginger beer
• 2 tsp sugar
• ½ cup of soda water 
• Put sugar, lime juice, and mint leaves in a glass.
• Mix these with a wooden spoon until the leaves are slightly crushed.
• Top with vodka and rum, followed by beer and soda water.

Soda water presents you with a simple way to fix a quick drink at home. With no additives or sweeteners, it’s a great choice if you want to avoid calories. Also, you’ll love the fizziness it brings to the mix. 

Strawberry Mint Moscow Mule

• 4 halved strawberries 
• 3 sprigs fresh mint
• 4 oz ginger beer
• Put the mint leaves and strawberries into a glass.
• Mix until the strawberries are crushed. 
• Add ice, vodka, and lime juice.
• Top with ginger beer, then stir until well mixed. 
• Serve immediately. 

This strawberry mint Moscow Mule is the ideal mix of tropical, American, and Caribbean cuisines. Strawberries are full of antioxidants that improve the body's immunity. Some studies have shown that taking them with alcohol boosts their antioxidant properties, which should give you even more reason to add them to your Mint Moscow mule.  

Jalapeno Mint Moscow Mule

Prep Time: 10 minutes Serves: 2

• 8 sprigs fresh mint leaves 
• 2 oz lime juice
• 8 oz ginger beer 
• Lengthwise, halve the jalapeno. Get rid of the stem and seed. Slice it into two, cutting across.
• Place the jalapeno pieces in a cocktail shaker with the mint leaves. Mix to extract jalapeno juices and agitate the mint to extract oil. 
• Add vodka, lime juice, and ice into the shaker and cover. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
• Put ice cubes in two serving glasses, then add the mixture. Top with 4 oz of ginger beer for each glass. 
• Garnish with mint sprigs or slices of lime and serve. 

The jalapeno adds a spicy twist to your drink. Make sure to use it while fresh for the best flavoring effect. It’s rich in antioxidants, B vitamins, and vitamins K and C that boost the immune system.

Mint Moscow Mule with Peach

• 2 peeled and pitted peaches 
• 6 mint leaves 
• 8 oz ginger beer
• 4 oz vodka 
• Garnish (peach slices, mint leaves, lime wedges) 
• Puree the peaches in a blender until smooth.
• Take two mugs and put a slice of lime into each, and three mint leaves. Mix gently with a wooden spoon.
• Add ice into the glasses.
• Pour the peach puree into the glasses, then add 2 ounces of vodka into each.
• Top each glass with 4 ounces of ginger beer and stir the mixture.
• Garnish with peach, lime, and mint on the rim of the glass.
