But those boats are often raised and lowered using cranes. The J'ade is the first luxury yacht to feature an actual garage that floods, allowing a 26-foot speedboat to be driven right inside.

Once the smaller boat is secured, the flooded garage can be drained in just three minutes, reducing the weight the yacht's pair of massive 1500kW engines has to push around.

As for pricing, if you have to ask you'll want to just move along. This isn't the kind of toy you order at your local boat show. It's the kind of thing that's custom-built and delivered to anywhere in the world you need it. But with capacity for 13 crew members and 10 guests, maybe you can find 22 friends who are willing to split the cost with you, and then work out a sort of time-share deal. Onboard J’ade, The Luxury Mega Yacht With A SpeedBoat Garage And Lots More

Who isn’t dreaming of owning a luxury yacht? Yes, getting one is extremely impossible but there’s no harm in dreaming. After all, most luxury yacht are quiet dreamy aren’t they? Especially when you see this 196-foot mega yacht which features the world’s first floating hydraulic-operated garage for an eight-metre speedboat. But wait, there’s a lot more.

In the non-stop battle of the mega yachts, in order to become the most extravagant vessel that stands out in the seas, it really takes a lot to impress the super wealthy. Helipads, movie theatres, and swimming pools are already quiet common. But this particular mega yacht by a stylish Italian made quite an impression.

J’ade, by the Ferretti group CRN and Studio Zuccon International Project, is making waves for being the first to feature a floating drive-in garage for an eight-metre speedboat. The yacht which estimated to cost around $60m (£37m), took three years to build, was launched only last year but it already won several prizes for its luxurious interiors and innovative designs to make you ‘feel at one with the sea’.

J’ade, the 196-foot mega yacht features a hydraulic-operated hatch to store an eight-metre speedboat.

The yacht is absolutely a must-sea.

It’s a floating garage – AND a pool.

The internal basin floods and empties 18,000 litres of water in just three minutes, allowing the 27-foot speedboat named Riva Iseo to enter the yacht without using a crane. And when you’re not storing your toy speedboat, the garage doubles up as an indoor ocean pool.

The extra-ordinary garage enables the owner to access the yacht from their speed boat internally, via the vessel’s plush lower deck.

Only launched last year, the 60-meter yacht was the star attraction at Monaco yacht Show.

When the speedboat is not being stored, the basin can also be used as an internal ocean pool, located just behind this luxury terrace

J’ade won the World Yacht Trophy at the 2013 International Boat Show and was nominated for Best Interior at the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show

The mega yacht also features a gymnasium and mosaic-tiled hammam room, where guests can sit back and unwind after a day at sea.

“CRN is experimenting,” Luca Boldrini, CRN’s sales director told Boat International. “We’re experimenting in design, in sizes, and in features. Each of the yachts in build has special features in development, and we hope the next step will be to mix and match all these new features in one or two new concepts so future owners can not only have a beautiful, seaworthy and safe vessel, but they can have special features that nobody else has. These will not be special features that are just an experiment, but features clients can touch and feel in other vessels under construction or already floating.”

The well-appointed living area combines elegant sofas with driftwood coffee tables and shell-inspired sculptures and bowls to give the room a nautical flavour.

The formal dining table comfortably seats 12 guests, after dinner guests can relax with a digestif on the adjacent seating area.

When the dining table is a bit too formal, breakfast and lunch can be taken on the terrace, with this round table comfortably seating nine people.

The vessel can accommodate 10 guests split across four cabins, plus the owner suite, as well as 13 crew members to cater to those on board.

CRN mega yachts j'ade is world's first to feature a floating garage

on a recent designboom visit to the 2014 monaco yacht show , the CRN mega yachts ‘j’ade’ 60m vessel – the first to feature a floating garage – was a finalist in the interior design award category. the ship was designed to feel at one with the sea as it boasts special full height windows that provide exceptionally wide panoramic views. this feeling is even more evident because of the innovative flooded garage that enables the owner to store and easily access the 8 meter riva iseo speedboat without the use for a tender lift. the hydraulic operated bay can dry out in three minutes and can also be transformed into a beach club terrace accessible ocean pool.

the prestige nominated inside layout was crafted by studio zuccon international project and was designed in collaboration with CRN’s technical office and centro stile. its styling has a classical focus but has refined modern and elegant hints that are reflected by the fusion of leather, marble, metals and wood. such textiles as the canaletto walnut, polished rosewood, afromosia strips and white tai ping carpets highlight these influences. the 60m ‘j’ade’ has room for 13 crew members and 10 guests, providing four decks and an outdoor diving table that can cater for up to 14 people. to enthuse all these passengers, a videoworks developed audio/video entertainment system is set up throughout the ship and the main salon features a green marble bar that has a large aquarium backdrop.

the mega boat has two MTU 12V, 1500kW engines that allows a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 14 – this means it can make trans-atlantic journeys. the steel and aluminum structure measures 60 meters with a beam of 10.2 meters and was manufactured by yacht specialists CRN, a brand of ferretti. lamberto tacoli, CRN shipyard chairman and CEO, commented on the launch: ‘we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship carried out by our skilled workers as they make it possible for us to reach every milestone. the shipyard is in full swing and all our efforts aim at maintaining CRN’s position in the elite world of shipbuilding.’

Sweeping, sculpted curves give Lady Lara a feminine elegance and the interior reportedly flows just as sinuously. Lady Lara is a private yacht and following her maiden voyage to Norway, she headed to Florida, the Bahamas and the Eastern Caribbean islands for the winter season.

Lady Lara features a displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules.

Who is alexander mashkevitch.

Mashkevich was born in Frunze, Kyrgyz SSR, Soviet Union, in 1954. His father Anton, a doctor born in Lithuania, and his mother, Rakhel Yoffe, a lawyer born in Vitebsk, were evacuated to Kyrgyzstan in 1941. His family background is Lithuanian Jewish.

He is a graduate of Kyrgyz State University where he studied philology. Mashkevich started out an academic career but became a businessman during perestroika. Mashkevich, Patokh Chodiev, and Alijan Ibragimov form “the Trio,” a group of Kazakh businessmen who became billionaires. The Trio gained control of the recently privatized chromium, alumina, and gas operations in Kazakhstan (some of the largest ones in the world).

Mashkevich is one of the owners of Alferon Management. Based in London, Alferon Management has acquired mining operations in different places: Zambia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Indonesia, Kosovo, Russia, and other countries.

In 2010 he was on the Forbes list of billionaires at #287. In 2017, he was on the list at #1098, with a worth of $1.9 billions. Now his worth is 3 billion dollars.

She has accommodations for 18 guests and 19 crew members on board. The VIP suites have fold-down balconies that add to the grandeur.

The onboard atmosphere is bright and inviting with subtle finishes. The entertainment areas are open to provide more sheltered and intimate formal spaces.

The yacht has an extensive health and beauty center with a spa and an expansive beach club.

The beach club creates the perfect area for guests to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. There is also a swimming platform where guests can leap into the water below.

She has an on-deck jacuzzi to soak up the bubbles and the views. The yacht also has an elevator for convenient access to her different decks and a comprehensive gym onboard. The tender garage is brimming with towable toys and tenders.

Reymond Langton Design also contributed to the exterior design of the LADY LARA yacht. She was built by Lürssen and delivered from their Rendsburg shipyard in 2015. The exterior has sweeping curves and elegant but masculine features.

LADY LARA was code-named project Orchid when she was launched from the Lürssen Shipyard in 2015 and later renamed. She has a full displacement hull which gives her exceptional speeds in the water.

She has a white aluminum superstructure and teak decks throughout. The exterior is accented by underwater lights, which illuminate her at the night.

The LADY LARA yacht is a 91m superyacht with a beam of 14.82m and a draft of 4m. The vessel reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.

She is powered by 2 MTU engines and has a displacement of 2,945 gross tons.

She features an advanced stabilization system that provides guests with the best comfort levels on board by minimizing the rolling motion of the vessel. The $180 million yacht has a $14 – $15 million annual running cost.

She is an award-winning yacht that holds an award from the Asia Boating competition in 2016. LADY LARA has a Lloyd’s Register classification.

A $1.4 Million-Per-Week Yacht Charter Experience

Y.CO has just welcomed the 298-foot Lürssen Lady Lara to the charter fleet. The lowest weekly base rate is $1.4 million for bookings this winter in the Caribbean and Bahamas.

The yacht is also listed for sale—at more than $254 million—for the first time since the German shipyard delivered it in 2015. Y.CO’s Max Bulley and Gary Wright, along with Merle Wood of Merle Wood & Associates, represented the yacht at the recent Monaco Yacht Show.

“With Lürssen quality and stunning Reymond Langton design, Lady Lara is an exceptional yacht that was conceived with family living in mind,” Wright stated in a press release. “Her adaptable spaces, variety and flexibility, in addition to all the amazing features like the breathtaking spa area, the beach club and two pools, are ideal for multigenerational groups and put Lady Lara into a league of her own.”

Accommodations are for 12 guests in their choice of eight staterooms (for private use, the yacht is built to accommodate 16 guests). Six of the guest staterooms are on the main deck, with one on the lower deck. The master suite has its own private deck with an exterior terrace, outdoor hot tub, and indoor library. The aft-deck space in the owner’s area is called a “winter garden,” with sliding glass panels that can be closed to shelter diners from the elements.

There also are two cabins for owner’s staff or supernumeraries, in addition to the yacht’s quarters for 27 crew.

Onboard amenities include an aft-deck pool whose floor can be raised to create a dance floor. A sound system on this deck helps to create a discotheque-style environment for parties. There’s another pool up on the sundeck, this one with a swim-up bar.

On the bridge deck, guests have access to the spa, which includes a hammam, massage room, treatment room, beauty salon and gymnasium. Guests who prefer to get their exercise outdoors can do so from the beach club at water level, which has a steam room and a sauna along with a sunbathing area.

For rainy days and relaxing nights, the lower deck aboard Lady Lara includes a cinema. There’s also a touch-and-go helipad on board, if guests want to escape to a different spot up the coast.

How fast can Lady Lara cruise? According to Y.CO, the yacht has a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, which is plenty fast for exploring the islands.

The 5th edition of the International exhibition of yachts and boats –  Moscow Boat Show , held from March 20 to 25, 2012 will be hosted by the first pavilion of Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre. This popular show is dedicated not only to the specialists of the market segment and professional sportsmen but also to those who consider sailing sport to be their hobby and well cherished dream.

The project is the result of joint efforts of the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre and the National Marine Industry Association. The event is supported by Aston Martin Moscow, Burevestnik Group logistics department and the Yachting specialized magazine. Moscow Boat Show is the largest project in Russia presenting all the best in the world of yachting.

The exhibition annually shows high level of attendance and has already proved as significant and noteworthy event in the world of yachts and boats. Every year new exhibitors join the list of participants, genuine “sharks” of yachting business, the quantity of visitors considerably increases and the exposition becomes more sated and diverse.

The best companies professionally involved into yachting and small navigation business – 180 exhibitors from 17 regions of the Russian Federation and 15 countries traditionally presented the best and the newest in the world of yachting at 2011 edition: from design and facilitation of vessels and up to cruising and training courses for beginning skippers. In 2011 the overall exhibit space comprised 18 000 sq m. More than 25 000 visitors came to the show.

This year the exposition space will increase up to 30 000 sq m and will be accommodated in 4 exhibition halls. The scale of the project confirms confident positions of its positive development. The organizers will try to arrange a genuine fiesta of water on land!

Quite a number of foreign exhibitors will participate in the show. Foreign companies show increasing interest to yachting business in Russia.

Moscow Boat Show provides the perfect platform from which to preview new products, evaluate market trends, and establish long-lasting and commercially profitable partnerships.
