I bought my first boat with Scott McKenzie at Freedom Marine. The entire experience can feel a little overwhelming especially with some of the less trustworthy figures in the used boat world. Scott was honest and straight up through the entire process. We found him very knowledgeable and incredibly service orientated. After the purchase he even took my wife, son in law and myself out and gave us some tips on navigating, anchoring and mooring. He has also sent me a ton of information on the boat, engine and even in boat training. I would highly recommend finding Scott and trusting him with your entire boating purchase.

My wife and I just purchased our first boat from Scott McKenzie and Freedom Marine. Scott was incredibly patient, helpful and very responsive. He valued our time and helped us first timers through the entire process. We could not be more pleased with the service received and I hope our next boat is through Scott as well! Special shout out to James Neil who was also instrumental in the process. We needed a quick close on the sale and Scott and James worked their magic to make it happen.

We couldn't be more pleased with our recent boat purchase. It was a rather intense process with many moving parts that required constant attention from our broker, Greg. His attention to detail and follow up was impeccable and greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate using Greg and Freedom Marine for our future boat sales or purchases.

As long time boaters we have dealt with many yacht brokers and service people over the years. The folks at Freedom Marine, in particular Shawn Dunand, stand above the rest. After purchase service has been outstanding. Any problems or concerns have been taken care of in a timely and professional fashion, allowing us to spend more time on the water and not at the dock.

This is an outstanding team of guys. I have used them exclusively for the last few years working with Mike Murdoch. I purchased or sold 4 boats with him, 7 transactions in all including a boathouse! 2 of the boats well in the 7 figure bracket. Buying a boat is not without risk, and you need a knowledgeable, honest, and detail-minded person on your side. Mike was it. A wealth of experience, and a great guy to spend some time with. I've met most of his teammates at one time or another and they are all similar. These guys are a class act.
