The Apparition Short Barreled Rifle Bag (SBR) does not SCREAM, there is a dude with a rifle in a backpack that is trying not to look like a dude with a rifle in his backpack!!! This pack can easily exist among all the other travel back packs that are filled with flannel, yoga pants beef jerky and granola. The only difference is that instead of trail mix, this bag has the ability to carry copious amounts of copper bad guy candy and a 10.5 inch or shorter Bad Guy Candy dispenser (SBR).

The exterior of the Apparition is clean and has a two tone fabric accent. On the sides of the bag are 2 water bottle sized pockets and above them near the top are cinch straps that allow you to secure a photo tripod or walking sticks and like items. Beside each pocket is a zipper that opens to a small compartment to store a cell phone or like items.

On the bottom of the bag there is a stowable rain fly so that your bag and contents are not soaked in a down pour. It also changes the color of the bag instantly. We have brought the coffin design into the front pocket of this pack. It is pleats and has a vertical zipper on the right side of the pocket. The pocket is sized to carry items that you would need readily available, Ipad Mini, passports and the like. The next pocket is generous and has full length zippers with double pulls. The pocket is lined with loop to allow customization with various hook backed pouches or holsters. It can also carry an additional upper for the gun if you need to switch it up while out and about. Inside the front of the pocket you will find the bad ass GGG logo and a zippered pocket sized to carry small loose items. In the main compartment is where the action is! On the side that’s away from your back, there are two pockets with bungee keepers sized for 5.56mm rifle Mags. Above it is an additional zippered pocked to house NVGs and like sized items. On the back panel of the main compartment there are three hook backed adjustable keepers that allow you to lash the weapon down in the bag or secure your 16 inch gun broken down into two pieces. There are two additional flat straps to secure items to the pack, adding to the versatility of this design. There is and extender on the bottom of the main compartment to allow you to put a weapon with a longer barrel or suppressor equipped SBR into the bag with minimal signature emitted from the bag. The waist belt and pack straps are padded and have air mesh on the surfaces that touch the body. The pack straps have load lifters and are adjustable for the majority of torso lengths. The waist belt has storage pockets on them as well. Perfect for a snack bar, spare mag or flex cuffs. Overall Capacity: Approximately 1200 Cubic inches.

Federal law requires firearms to be shipped to FFL Dealers. For an individual to receive a firearm from Cheaper Than Dirt! it must be shipped to an FFL Dealer in your state.

There are thousands of FFL Dealers in the United States. You may choose an FFL Dealer from our preferred listing or you may find a dealer in your area. To find a list of FFL Dealers in your area area CLICK HERE . If you choose a dealer that is not on our preferred list, either you or the FFL Dealer will be required to submit a copy of the Federal Firearms License referencing your Cheaper Than Dirt! order number. The FFL Dealer will usually charge a fee to conduct the transfer. There are duties that the FFL Dealer is required to do during the process which include a criminal and mental health background check through NICS. Remember, the FFL Dealer is doing you a favor and the process takes time to complete. Fees can vary so check with the FFL Dealer ahead of time to request a quote on the fees associated with your firearm transfer. The FFL Dealer is in business to make a profit and your internet purchase may be viewed as competition to their retail business. If you feel the fees are too high, you can search for another FFL Dealer.

Once you place the firearm in your cart and checkout you will receive a confirmation email that has your order number and further instructions. We will verify the FFL license and also make the FFL Dealer aware that an order from Cheaper Than Dirt! will soon be arriving for you. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time we receive and verify the FFL Dealers information. Once shipped, your firearm will arrive at the FFL Dealer within 3-7 days business days. The FFL Dealer will begin processing the shipment. Call the FFL Dealer and set an appointment to confirm that the firearm is ready to be transferred.

It is important to thoroughly inspect your firearm before completion of the transfer. Once the firearm is transferred into your name, Cheaper Than Dirt! will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstance. If a defect is discovered after completing the transfer, you must contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.

You see this bag in any major city and your first thought would probably be, “I wonder what yoga pants that guy has and do they even look good on him?”

They’re shorts…and I look great in them.

However, this bag has a secret. Instead of yoga shorts and trail mix, you can hold an SBR and a bunch of copper candy to go along with it.

The sides have water bottle pouches and straps further up to allow you to strap some walking sticks to the pack. Above each hip is a zipper pocket that could hold cell phones…or goldfish if you have kids and eat like I do.

In all seriousness, this bag is great for almost anything you want to use it for. My pistol is a little long to fit in the bag and stay in one piece, but the loop field in the bag and the included straps make it very easy to customize this as a gun bag.

There’s also some built in areas that hold AR15 magazine almost perfectly. And can even store binoculars or NVGs in the main compartment. I was able to store my pistol and 3 full mags with plenty of room to spare. Or a Ruger 10/22 takedown with multiple mags and 1K rounds.

If you’re worried about this being a one trick pony…let me ease your fears. This is actually a decent camping bag and I would only wish for one thing…straps on the bottom so you can attach a sleeping bag to. Besides that, it holds everything I need for a fun weekend trip. Jetboil, water filter, hammock, firestarter, etc.

The bottom of the bag has a stowable rain cover that also instantly changes the color of the bag from a two tone grey and black (in my case) to all black.

The padding on this pack is fantastic and give ample airflow to prevent back sweats. The cushioning is also really good and you can carry this bag for hours. I took it on a 6+ mile one-way hike and had zero discomfort from the bag.

The Apparition Short Barreled Rifle Bag (SBR) does not SCREAM, there is a dude with a rifle in a backpack that is trying not to look like a dude with a rifle in his backpack!!! This pack can easily exist among all the other travel back packs that are filled with flannel, yoga pants beef jerky and granola. The only difference is that instead of trail mix, this bag has the ability to carry copious amounts of copper bad guy candy and a 10.5 inch or shorter Bad Guy Candy dispenser (SBR).

The exterior of the Apparition is clean and has a two tone fabric accent. On the sides of the bag are 2 water bottle sized pockets and above them near the top are cinch straps that allow you to secure a photo tripod or walking sticks and like items. Beside each pocket is a zipper that opens to a small compartment to store a cell phone or like items.

On the bottom of the bag there is a stowable rain fly so that your bag and contents are not soaked in a down pour. It also changes the color of the bag instantly. We have brought the coffin design into the front pocket of this pack. It is pleats and has a vertical zipper on the right side of the pocket. The pocket is sized to carry items that you would need readily available, Ipad Mini, passports and the like. The next pocket is generous and has full length zippers with double pulls. The pocket is lined with loop to allow customization with various hook backed pouches or holsters. It can also carry an additional upper for the gun if you need to switch it up while out and about. Inside the front of the pocket you will find the bad ass GGG logo and a zippered pocket sized to carry small loose items. In the main compartment is where the action is! On the side that’s away from your back, there are two pockets with bungee keepers sized for 5.56mm rifle Mags. Above it is an additional zippered pocked to house NVGs and like sized items. On the back panel of the main compartment there are three hook backed adjustable keepers that allow you to lash the weapon down in the bag or secure your 16 inch gun broken down into two pieces. There are two additional flat straps to secure items to the pack, adding to the versatility of this design. There is and extender on the bottom of the main compartment to allow you to put a weapon with a longer barrel or suppressor equipped SBR into the bag with minimal signature emitted from the bag. The waist belt and pack straps are padded and have air mesh on the surfaces that touch the body. The pack straps have load lifters and are adjustable for the majority of torso lengths. The waist belt has storage pockets on them as well. Perfect for a snack bar, spare mag or flex cuffs. Overall Capacity: Approximately 1200 Cubic inches.
