Built by Trinity Yachts to the highest of standards for experienced owners, she was voted as a finalist for both the World Superyacht Awards and ShowBoats Design Awards in 2013. Accommodations for 12 guests in 6 well-appointed staterooms include a spacious master with a private study and his-and-her en suites, a smaller convertible stateroom with a fold-down bed on the main deck, and 4 large king staterooms on the lower deck. While equal in size, each king guest room is distinguished by its own color scheme highlighted by detailed stonework set by Jeff Homchick.

The LADY SARA yacht for sale has an elegant interior styled by yacht designer Evan K. Marshall, who chose birch, vavona, and poplar burl for woods, along with fine detailing with Italian marble and Lalique glass panels. Her comfortable main salon features an intimate conversation space that is open to the forward dining area. Her skylounge is equally pleasing, and features Art Deco furnishings set to the backdrop of a large, Deco mural.

With expansive deck spaces meant for lounging and entertaining, her main deck aft dining table seats 12 and is easily accessible from her side decks, making crew service all the more effective. Aft of the skylounge is a second al fresco dining area with furniture arranged to encourage intimate conversations. Directly up, the sun deck features an enclosable fitness area, a Jacuzzi with sunpads, and sun loungers.

Having had only 2 owners since she was built, the LADY SARA yacht for sale is powered by two Caterpillar engines of 3,384hp each, which give her a cruising speed of 14 knots, and a maximum speed of 21 knots. ABS-classed and MCA-compliant, the 782GT vessel has just completed a 5-year survey.

57 metre Trinity motor yacht Lady Sara sold

The 57 metre motor yacht Lady Sara has been sold with Jason Dunbar at Luke Brown Yachts representing the seller while the buyer was introduced by Craig Timm at 4 Yachts_._

This was a complex sale, in that the previous owner was unable to keep up repayments on the yacht and she was repossessed by the owner’s bank and put up for auction. At the auction, the same bank was the highest bidder and instructed Luke Brown Yachts to find a private buyer – successfully as it turned out.

Designed by Geoff Van Aller , Lady Sara was built in aluminium by US yard Trinity Yachts to ABS class and delivered in 2012. A voluminous interior in fine marbles and stone by Evan K Marshall accommodates 12 guests in six cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, four identical double suites and a twin, all with entertainment centres, television screens and marble en suite bathroom facilities. Also, there is accommodation for 13 crew in seven cabins.  

The main saloon lounge area has a full service bar immediately aft with five bar stools, while comfortable relaxation is provided by two settees and loose armchairs along with a low cocktail table. Forward is a formal dining area seating 12 guests, separated from the lounge by a low polished stone top buffet concealing an entertainment centre with a 42 inch Hitachi television screen on a rise and fall mechanism.

The full beam sky lounge has a U-shaped wet bar forward with a polished stone top and is furnished with settees and cocktail tables along with an entertainment centre including a 42 inch Sharp television screen and a Kaleidescape system delivering on-demand audio and video throughout the yacht.

The sundeck is finished with teak decking and offers a large Jacuzzi forward with an open sunbathing area further aft complete with four chaise lounges. Next aft is a semi-enclosed bar with a fridge, icemaker and liquid propane gas barbecue, all under a hard top. Twin 3,384hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 2,560 nautical miles.

The asking price of Lady Sara has been withheld.

luke brown yachts repositions lady sara, the 187’ trinity to lauderdale marine center in preperation for the hurricane season

Lady Sara is currently under control of the US Marshall.  Luke Brown Yachts represents the principal creditor in the capacity of marketing her sale.  Yesterday’s mission was to reposition Lady Sara from her berth at Bahia Mar to a more secure berth up the New River, here in Fort Lauderdale, to Lauderdale Marine Center.  Lauderdale Marine Center is the largest and most modern yacht repair facility in North America.  It encompasses 30 acres and operates three travel lifts with up to 485 tons of lifting capacity.  Luke Brown Yachts corporate headquarters are located just off the intracoastal waterway, on the 15th street canal….. since 1969.  We also have a second office at Lauderdale Marine Center to provide support for our customers in areas of commissioning, service, warranty and yacht surveys.  Lauderdale Marine Center provides secure dockage for 103 yachts.  Luke Brown Yachts utilizes this dockage, to safely display some of their premier listings.

Luke Brown Yachts’ offers their clients a signed client pledge that assures them that any and all the services and support they provide, as in the case of Lady Sara, such as arranging for a custodial management, towing to Lauderdale Marine Center, crew placement and dockage, are done with no financial benefit to the broker, or firm.  The only fee the firm earns is stated in the signed sales listing agreement.  All additional support is offered to the client at the net service providers price. This unique approach to client’s service and support is one of the reasons they have succeeded in earning an excellent reputation over the past 50 years.

Former Patriot National CEO to Lose Mega Yacht Lady Sara in Court-Ordered Auction

Mariano owned the yacht through a Cayman Islands company named Lady Sara Ltd. Filings with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida indicated that Fifth Third Bank provided a $32.3 million loan to buy the yacht in 2015. The bank contacted Mariano about default on the loan from April to June 2017 and then filed a lawsuit against Mariano and Lady Sara Ltd. In July 2018. Fifth Third alleged that about $29 million remain unpaid. Court filings indicate that Mariano guaranteed Lady Sara’s loan.

Court papers also indicate that in April 2018, neither Mariano nor the company opposed the relief the bank south. The U.S. Marshal arrested Lady Sara the following month. The Florida court ruled in June that the money owed totaled nearly $35 million, which included $28 million in principal, plus interest owed and fees. The total sum, however, excluded legal fees and other costs that the court will determine at a later date. In the same ruling, the court ordered the sale of Lady Sara.

The auction includes the superyacht, with accommodations for 12 guests across six staterooms plus 13 crewmembers, as well as all of her furnishings and tenders. The tenders include a 39-foot Nor-Tech center console. Lady Sara has a massive sundeck with an alfresco dining area and a Jacuzzi. Evan Marshall designed her interior. She was listed for sale in May 2017 for $36 million and was a popular charter vessel, commanding $368,500 per week.

The winning bidder will need to pay 10% of the bid immediately on the day of the auction and then has seven days to pay the remaining balance. Failure to pay the remainder will result in forfeiture of the original deposit. The U.S. Marshal can use those forfeited funds to repay its own expenses in relation to the sale and any new notice of sale.

Mariano, former CEO and majority owner of insurance services provider Patriot National and worker’s compensation firm Guarantee Insurance Co., is embroiled in a lawsuit that blames and auditor and hedge fund investors for destroying the two companies. Florida state regulators have also gone after Mariano to repay $13 million to his former firms and have reportedly targeted his homes for seizure.

Designed by Geoff Van Aller, Lady Sara was built in aluminium by US yard Trinity Yachts to ABS class and delivered in 2012. A voluminous interior in fine marbles and stone by Evan K Marshall accommodates 12 guests in six cabins consisting of a main deck master suite, four identical double suites and a twin, all with entertainment centres, television screens and marble en suite bathroom facilities. Forward is a formal dining area seating 12 guests, separated from the lounge by a low polished stone top buffet concealing an entertainment centre with a 42 inch Hitachi television screen on a rise and fall mechanism. The full beam sky lounge has a U-shaped wet bar forward with a polished stone top and is furnished with settees and cocktail tables along with an entertainment centre including a 42 inch Sharp television screen and a Kaleidescape system delivering on-demand audio and video throughout the yacht. The sundeck is finished with teak decking and offers a large Jacuzzi forward with an open sunbathing area further aft complete with four chaise lounges. Next aft is a semi-enclosed bar with a fridge, icemaker and liquid propane gas barbecue, all under a hard top. Twin 3,384hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 2,560 nautical miles.

The sumptuous master suite on the main deck features a king-sized bed, his-and-hers bathrooms and a private study. Located amidships on the lower deck, are four guest suites with king-sized beds, all designed with soft, restful tones. The guest suite on the bridge deck houses a Supremely well conceived for entertaining, LADY SARA’s main salon is inviting and comfortable while the formal dining room seats 12 and is designed to offer impeccable white glove service. Enticing charter guests to escape to the Caribbean this winter, the 57m/187ft motor yacht ‘Lady Sara’ is currently reducing her weekly base rate before she heads to the Mediterranean for summer.

Delivered from Trinity Yachts in 2012, Lady Sara was swiftly shortlisted for a number of prestigious awards thanks to her wealth of luxury features and Evan K Marshall designed interior.

Full of bespoke furnishings and even a hand-painted mural in the skylounge, both the private and communal spaces offer a superbly refined setting for a private charter vacation for up to 12 guests across 6 cabins.

Perfect for the Bahamas and other Caribbean destinations, the relatively shallow draught of the motor yacht allows the party to access a range of remote and beautifully sequestered spots.

Fusing art deco styling with pearlised lacquer, the main salon is wholly unique and inviting, with a broad sofa providing just the thing for some intimate lounging following a day out on the water.

A little further aft, the formal dining space masterfully contrasts the more casual alfresco arrangements out on the exterior and enjoys the same flow of natural light as the main salon.

Striking a much more playful tone, the silver skylounge is framed by a striking piece of pop art and the large retractable television screen allows the entire party to gather together for a movie night.

As well as including a generously proportioned master suite complete with a private office, superyacht Lady Sara also features 4 double staterooms and a convertible twin.
