PRESENTING HARMONY III

On February 14, motor yacht HARMONY III was launched from the Viareggio shipyard of Italian builder Benetti Yachts.  One of the newest and largest yachts launched in the late winter.  Megayacht HARMONY II is hull number 12 of the composite Benetti Vision line.  The owners opted for a sophisticated environment. It featured yellow and cream tones in fabrics.  In addition, the cherry glossy and flatted wood of the boiseries.  Lastly, the use of precious marbles and stylish steel details.

Luxury yacht charter superyacht HARMONY III spent her first season in the Med.  She then headed to the other side of the ocean the next autumn.  Winter welcomed the Caribbean.

ACCOMMODATIONS

This new mega yacht is 43.60 meters in overall length (143 feet) and can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 cabins on luxury yacht charter vacations in Greece and the eastern Mediterranean. This superyacht is a large volume motor yacht which incorporates a well tested and proved design. While her interior volumes are large for her length, so too are the yacht’s exterior entertainment and relaxing spaces on the decks.

MASTER SUITE

The main master suite on the megayacht is forward and up on the main deck to maximize light and views. The master suite includes a private office, ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. On her lower deck the Mediterranean yacht charter vessel offers two identical, large double cabins, each with private ensuite bathroom and a shower.

Benetti Vision Motor Yachts are excellent yachts with large volume incorporating a well tested and proved design, and HARMONY III is not an exception. While her interior volumes are large for her length, so too are the yacht’s exterior entertainment and relaxing spaces on the decks, she provides incredible time cruising in luxury for friends and families.

HARMONY III boasts contemporary interior design and styling offering a sophisticated feel. Creamy and warm shades of fabrics, blended with a cherry wood gloss and matte finish create cosy atmosphere onboard. Some of the wow-characteristics of the interior include sculptures, Red Iranian Travertine marble, original paintings, and lighting designed by Fontana Arte and Foscarini.

The upper deck hosts an airy salon, which includes bar, lounge area with TV. Furnishing of the salon was carefully selected by the owner. Marbles, natural silk and natural cherry wood make the space comfortable, yet very sophisticated.

One of the most outstanding features is the owner’s cabin which is located on the main deck along with the salon on the upper deck, both with panoramic views giving the yacht continuity between internal and external space creating magnificent flow.

In addition to the master suite, the Benetti Vision offers four comfortable guest staterooms each with ensuite bathrooms and entertainment systems.

The sundeck is the place to be during sunny days and warm summer evenings. There are a massive Jacuzzi, sunbeds and a lounge area with table and chairs. The alfresco dining area offers sitting for 12 guests, while fridge, ice-maker and barbeque make it possible to hold casual lunches in the sun.

There are very few yachts that can boast about their pedigree, but HARMONY III yacht charter is one such yacht, being built by Benetti . Due to her Italian roots, HARMONY III provides a bespoke environment, that is as pleasing to the senses as it is comfortable and enjoyable to spend time in.

She was constructed in 2009, and because she underwent regular maintenance (the last one was in 2018), she is up-to-date with all the modern yachting trends. This will make sure that her guests have an unforgettable yacht vacation in Croatia. Her length is 43 meters, and with a beam of nearly 9 meters, the interior and exterior spaces aboard HARMONY III yacht charter seem to surpass any luxury accommodation you could come across on mainland Croatia.

The engineers at Benetti could have easily made room for an extra guest cabin onboard (so HARMONY III could accommodate 12 guests). Instead, they opted for a 10-guest capacity, re-purposing that extra room aboard into more room in the interior, as well as the exterior.

YACHT UPPER DECK

To reach the upper deck aft, guests have to climb the port side stairway, that connects the main deck with the upper deck. Guests will immediately be welcomed with different options for relaxing under the sun and enjoying the natural atmosphere of the Adriatic sea, thanks to a long L-shaped bench, that spans the length of the stern and intersects with the starboard wall, finishing with a practical beverage cooler.

In the VIP cabins, all the horizontal surfaces are covered with polished wood panels, giving these cabins a distinct shine, and a warm atmosphere. Besides the brown colour of the wood, other colours used in the VIP are white, on the woollen carpet, and eggshell white, on the ceiling.

The queen-size berth is elevated, with plenty of walk-around room, while a mirror above the berth headspace provides an illusion of depth for the guests, making the VIP cabins aboard HARMONY III seem much wider.

With over 29 years’ experience in yachting, Robert has gained extensive knowledge on cruising the Mediterranean including Spain, Italy, France, Croatia, and Greece. Between Harmony I and Harmony III, Robert has been a Captain for Harmony Charters for 20 years. He was involved in the construction of the Harmony III and has been the only Captain on-board since the yacht was launched. Robert holds a Commercial US 1600 GT Masters ticket, and Y2 MCA Engineer’s Certificate. A natural leader, he ensures that the crew work together and provide you with a unique and memorable stay onboard.

Josh joined Harmony III in 2014. He has been on board for four seasons at that time. He grew up in West London where his family currently lives. Josh enjoys both playing and watching football, but working and travelling is how he spends most of his time.

Elisa was born in Pietrasanta, a small town in Tuscany, Italy. She has always been passionate about authentic Italian and Mediterranean cuisines and has started the culinary school at the age of 18. Since then, Elisa gained extensive experience working in Michelin star restaurants and traveling the world. Elisa's passion for food and traveling brought her into yachting. Her specialties are the Italian, Mediterranean, French and Asian cuisines.

Federica is a highly experienced Chief Stewardess from Italy with an extended background in the luxury yacht industry. Federica is approachable and a great communicator with an attentive eye for detail. She looks forward to welcoming you onboard and ensuring you have a once-in-a-lifetime experience on Harmony III.

Coralia was born in Lima, Peru. At the age of 11th moved to Costa Rica, starting there a new life adventure along with her family. Throughout her life, she had the opportunity to learn and grow from different work environments, starting as a waitress working in fine-dining restaurants, Clerk, Front desk at a hotel, Hotel Administrator, and most recently before joining the yachting industry, working as a Travel Agent for one of the biggest travel companies in the USA, CWT.

For the past three years, Maria has been a hostess at some of the most exclusive events celebrated in Barcelona. With a wide array of attendants, from royals or politicians, to international celebrities, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills was crucial in achieving guest satisfaction. Maria likes to follow a healthy and active lifestyle. She enjoys working out regularly, as well as practicing yoga.

Matteo is a fully qualified Commercial Class 1 Chief Engineer Unlimited with over 10 years of experience. Raised in a town called Varese in the north of Italy, he has worked on many large cruise vessels and warships. In his spare time, he enjoys lots of sporting activities and has a passion for kite surf, road bike, kayak and horse riding.

Murray is a positive and upbeat person who handles tasks with an open mind, flexibility and willingness to learn. Growing up by the sea he is passionate about the ocean and has spent a large part of his life fishing, swimming, and on boats. He cares about his fitness likes to maintain a healthy fit lifestyle, he is an avid swimmer and an experienced fisherman.

Steven is a 27-year-old South African lad that grew up in Middelburg, surrounded by lakes and rivers so he naturally took to the water. Wakeboarding, wake skating, spearfishing, and snorkeling are all sports he enjoys and loves to teach. He is a lover of the outdoors, life, and people.

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Spurred to act by a recent murder case, the New Hampshire House voted Thursday to require those charged with serious crimes to be present when they learn their fate.

Under the federal rules of criminal procedure, defendants are allowed to be absent from the courtroom in non-capital cases if they so choose after a trial has begun. Adam Montgomery took that option last month when he was convicted of killing his 5-year-old daughter, Harmony. While prosecutors are seeking an order requiring him to appear for sentencing, nothing in current law compels it.

That would change for future cases under a bill the House sent to the Senate. As originally drafted, the bill would have required defendants charged with crimes punishable by incarceration of at least 15 years to appear in court for their entire trials as well as sentencing hearings. But opponents argued that only those who have been convicted should be required to appear.

“This could be used to weaponize the court process for someone who’s been accused of a crime but not found guilty,” said Rep. J.R. Hoell, a Republican from Dunbarton.

The amended version of the bill would require defendants to be present for the reading of verdicts and at sentencing hearings.

“If the jury spends the time to hear this case, the defendant should take the time to go in to respect that jury and hear their verdict. And he darn sure should show up for his sentencing,” said Rep. Terry Roy, a Republican from Deerfield.

Roy cosponsored the legislation with Rep. Steve Shurtleff, a Democrat from Penacook, who spoke about the Montgomery case at a public hearing earlier this month. Montgomery, who was convicted of second- degree murder, abuse of a corpse and other charges, was accused of killing Harmony in 2019 and then hiding and moving her body for months. Her remains have not been found.

Prosecutors have asked a judge to require Montgomery to appear at his sentencing hearing in May to face the girl’s family and loved ones, Shurtleff said.

“And when I hear that phrase, Harmony Montgomery’s loved ones, I feel that includes all of us, too, the citizens of New Hampshire,” he said.
